Experience was horrendous, the manager (Mohammad) needs to step it up quite a bit, management is at its lowest, try to avoid this location. What a mess of an experience, no effort whatsoever from the manager.

Whoever coordinates staffing did a crap job today. One person to take and full ALL order and perhaps just one person in the back. The person running the front was staying calm even though she was working everything upfront with fries cooking and beeping and sandwiches and drinks needing to be made and everything put in their bags.... She stayed calm and collected but Thank God thank you and it seemed like there was no way for her to catch up. It took me over 7 minutes to get my drink.

It was To Disturbing. I just Got A uber Delivery Order from This Place Approximately 3 o clock. When I arrived it was Normal . 2afro guy and 1 one Indian Girl working inside. I Just go to the Pickup counter And willing to get my Package. I can See the Food was Ready and It was in from Of me and I can Clearly see that. I say excuse me sir *10 times* to the guy who was In the counter (healthy Afro guy) he was few Centimetres meters away from me. He literally ignoring me. He just need 2-3 sec to pass me this bag. But the guy Was Rude and Disturbed. I wait approximately 10/15 minutes in front of my package. After I Cancelled the order. It Was ridiculous experience. Highly recommended to the uber driver to avoid this place.

Went to this Mcds for a “quick” dinner on a wednesday 6:30pm, but it wasn’t quick at all. The place was a huge mess, the garbages were stacked full with trash, and the tables were disgusting. It looked like they were completely under staffed as well with only 3 employees. The person putting the orders in the bags looked completely confused the whole time. There were so many people waiting for their food for a very long time. We waited for a good 30mins before we got our food, which was disappointing. Will be avoiding this Mcds :( and do not recommend.

Probably the worst service you can get from any type of customer service. The type of place that inspires customer service training.
