What a horrible location. The manager doesnt know how to deal with any problem with the orders. The machine wouldnt process my order, but I got charged for it still. The man in front me got charged twice for his order and they didn’t do anything about it. I ordered a large fru and I never got it, because he didn’t care to fix my problem. Please hire someone who knows how to deal with a restaurant.

Horrible experience waited over 45m for my small order!!! Need a manager for overnight shifts everyone was just making stuff at their stations and it wasn’t getting out to customers you need to hire someone to coordinate the pass. Almost an hour for late night fast food is crazy

I’m guessing this McDonald’s is near a school because it was packed with rowdy kids when I visited. Despite the chaos, the staff remained patient, professional, and kept things moving efficiently. You place your order at a kiosk, pick it up at the counter when your number is called, and can either take it to go or head upstairs to the seating area. One thing I enjoy when traveling is visiting McDonald’s in other countries and trying menu items we don’t have in the U.S. This time I ordered the veggie burger and poutine. Both were surprisingly good. The fries were hot and crispy, the cheese curds and gravy were flavorful, and the veggie patty was crispy on the outside while still tasting fresh. I could actually see whole vegetables in the patty, which made it feel less processed than expected. This is definitely a high-traffic location, and the dining area can get messy pretty quickly. That said, orders were taken and fulfilled accurately and fast. I’d happily return—just maybe not during the school rush.

Mohammad and Zeesha provided excellent service at McDonald’s. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience pleasant. They handled everything quickly with a positive attitude and made sure the order was perfect. Great customer service from both of them—thank you for making the visit enjoyable!

Food was perfectly fine, was served exactly what I ordered and it tasted as expected. Dining area is a bit small and cramped, since they lock up the upstairs seating area sometimes. The Bathroom did not have a functional lock when I visited, making it an awkward situation as there is only 1 Bathroom at this location.
