I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, it was closed. I had to drive around for a while just to find a call button. When I finally reached someone and asked why the drive-thru was closed despite my order, they told me it would open in 20 minutes. At the very least, you should update your app or temporarily stop accepting orders during that time. It was really weird, and I ended up waiting in my car for more than 25 minutes for my order—at 4:30 a.m.

Ordered cheeseburger but received a hamburger from drive-thru. Didn't realize til we left the window. More care with drive-thru orders would be greatly appreciated

One of the brat places to come and eat. First and foremost it is kept clean. Orders are fulfilled quickly and table service works perfectly unlike in some other McD's...
