At 10pm walk in need to take the drive way and they ignored me for about 10 min the employee in there were on their phone im really disappointed of the service worst mcdonald of montreal a fuire!!!!!!!

Please avoid this McDonald's if you are an English speaker. Please avoid this if you dont want to feel bad just because you speak English. Many workers here show racist attitudes toward English speakers. When I pass through drive through I put the order in English but the lady immediately said ' you dont speak French' with an aggressive voice. It was like i just make a very big mistake by using English language. the people who work at night, are the worst ones . All the time they are like this. Please please please avoid this place if you have self respect.

This McDonald’s location demonstrates a consistent failure to meet basic operational standards. I have placed multiple orders through the McDonald’s app, and every order has been incorrect. In one instance, I ordered a smoothie and received a large chocolate milkshake instead an entirely different product. Errors with drink items and sizes appear to be routine rather than exceptional. Order accuracy aside, service times are excessively long, even outside of peak hours. Additionally, this location frequently closes at unpredictable times, making it unreliable and inconvenient for customers who expect consistency from a global fast-food brand. These issues suggest systemic problems with staff training, quality control, and management oversight. Occasional mistakes are understandable; repeated errors across multiple visits are not. This location does not reflect the standards typically associated with McDonald’s and cannot be recommended. Customers would be better served by choosing another location that delivers accurate orders, reasonable wait times, and reliable operating hours.
