According to the policy of McDonald's you're supposed to be served in 4 minutes. No 45 minutes. Mixed up with the order. Very crowded but it's lunch time. Usually it's ok. I know for a fact that it's policy because my late wife worked at McDonalds for 1 year.

Got the chicken bigmac today with my wife and it was the worst experience ive ever had in my life when it comes to mcdonald, the chicken was dry and cold and we got stomac pain from it both of us... the chicken was so cold the cheese did not even melt...

Went there after the recent reno... food was ok for a Mcdo... my comment is for the new setup... I dig it... the benches and colours... keep it clean people!!! Only disappointment they were out for the blueberry cheesecake chausson 🙁...

After waiting for 20 mts for a drive through order I get my fish sandwich . Very old and chewy, I believe it is from the day before. Assuming at 1:00pm after only tow hours from starting launch menu the food should be fresh or at least adible . This is the second time that happened to me at this branch. I’ll never buy from this place again. And strongly advise everyone not to order fish sandwiches from them.specially thru driving window unless you have extra time to go back and throw it in the manager’s face 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. The service was slow, and the staff member who assisted me was unprofessional and not attentive to customers. My order was incorrect, and when I tried to explain, I didn’t feel listened to or respected. Customer service should be consistent and respectful regardless of the situation. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving staff training and service quality.

Order took 20 min. Got my order wrong. Takes another 20 min. Only for the second order to also be wrong. I gave up and left.

Need to pay for mayonnaise (almost 3$) , no refill for drinks (not even 1 more allowed) ... mcdo is really becoming cheap... better go to burger king or Harvey's. Bit More healthy than McDonald's and more choice... (i know drunk food are not healthy but regarding the way it is made) Bye McDonald's!

New design! But the seatings is drastically reduced. Not anymore a family place. The new team is in a messy situation, totally disorganized. Last time we come, we'll switch our habits to Mc Do galery Normandie

The way I bought poulet rouge before going there and by the time I got my McDonald’s food, my poulet rouge was cold. They’re slow as hell, poor service and the time of the day does not matter at all.

We ordered two coffees and waited outside at the window for about four minutes. We thought our order was forgotten, so we knocked gently. One employee responded with a rude attitude, and another called us “stupid” and told us never to come back. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional service. We are very disappointed.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. The service was slow, staff seemed uninterested, and the overall quality did not meet expectations. She pass bad comments “non-sense to her colleague” when I asked why you took too much time. Today is Sunday around 7:50 am. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service and consistency.

One hour for service at the drive thru. Not even that busy. They refuse to take orders. Until the car before is fully served (very slowly) don’t waste your time.

Unbelievably disgusting act. I ordered a chicken wrap and a beef burger, they arrived with no meat inside and the two sandwiches were not toasted at all. Clearly an intentional act by some unhappy staff member. Never again.

Worst experience ever. It's open 24 hours, but the lady working the night shift refused to take orders after 3am. She said we can't take orders anymore. So please don’t go there after 3am.

Disgusting and insulting. Ordered a family meal and received pathetic portions dumped into boxes like scraps. The presentation and the food Quality was so disrespectful that I refused to let my kids touch it. I brought it straight back to the employee and got reimbursed. Zero standards, zero respect for customers. Shame on You ... Honestly, this place would be better suited serving animals than humans!
