I had a great experience at McDonald's. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was fast. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was delicious. The staff was friendly. I will definitely come back again.

drive thru window experience was really rude, slow, and unpleasant. They forgot many things and kept making rude faces for no reason. Not nice at all 😕

How to provide great service 1) get an order 2) remove it from the screen so your metrics look better 3) throw out the receipt 4) have a customer wait 20 minutes for a single trio. 5) not know where the customers food is after being asked 3 times. Great job, thanks for faking your numbers to look good and provide HORRIBLE service!

I give you 5 stars only for customer service Today Saturday 7,2026 at 6:00 am customer service was good, there was this young black lady, really polite , smiling at all times , was really pleasant to buy food yunk foood today, she should be training others… Customer service is really bad,still today September 21,2025you say good morning (in French )and you receive “what u want”,not even a smile,they make you feel like they’re doing you a favour. McDonald’s seriously need to train their staff better.Manager is there working like the rest.I guess for this people,you will understand when you go inside,is normal not to be kind to people.TIM HORTONS on Decarie ,they have good customer service.

Big Mac ✅ M Coke Diet ❌ she 100% gave a normal coke I could taste the sugar, she's lucky I'm not diabetic M Frites ❌ she gave a small Extra cheeseburger ❌ she didn't give me What's the point of a manager who finalize the orders if she can't do the job... I trusted them so I didn't check the bag before I was already too far.

Service is inconsistent, some managers are fine but the black lady needs to be trained again. She yells at her staff, was unprofessional when there’s an issue (even if i was respectful at first), even forgot one of my orders. Unacceptable. The muslim lady is much better, she was patient with her staff and respectful to her customers.

I have to say this is probably the best managed McDonalds on the island when I’m there despite being one of the busiest. Every time I expect to wait and yet service is on point. Quick and always gets my complicated orders perfect. Only when there is this specific older guy manager around. Not to mention playing the classiest music I have ever heard at a McDonalds, creating a great calming contrast to all the people.

Man such and insane rush and this team was on the ball. Top notch. I was super impressed. Amazingly managed team. Whoever was In charge on January 21st at 530 pm. Give them a raise. Also whoever was assembling the burgers.. they looked sit down resto quality. Bijoux. It was a very unusual McDonald's experience essentially. Put this person in charge of how you do things nationally.

I gave the ratings just because I never seen the staff who prepares the food with kitchen gloves. They touched the stainless cabinet and then prepare the food. This is crucial since we have experienced diff kind of flu colds co*v* etc. Though some are wearing facemask but not all. I am unsure if this is the standard for mc donalds here when preparing food.

Usually they're pretty decent and I go quite often. But lately, there's something off about the way their fries taste. I don't know if it's the latest shipment of frozen fries they received being spoiled or whatever but it's very noticeable and unappetizing.

Always mess up my order. Supposed to have gotten free nuggets (offer was spend $15 on the app for delivery and receive 10 free nuggets). Never got the nuggets. Had to give my burger to my kid and go without myself, as the nuggets were supposed to be for him.
