Horrible experience this past Saturday at 2:00. This place is overwhelmingly packed and staff does not know how to handle it. My order number disappeared from the preparation tv for no reason so I asked the attending runner if everything was ok. He looked me in the eye did a double take and walked away. I asked him if everything was ok and if he heard me. His answer "yes". WOW. I insisted upon which he said "it's either going to come back or not I don't know I don't care" wow again. Someone else intervened to reinsert my order in the queue. I asked to speak to the manager who never showed. Winded up getting missing items in my order and I just left.
I have been going to this location pretty much my whole life and it is no longer recognizable in terms of service. There is nothing fast or efficient about the food that comes out. I have noticed staff members make mistake after mistake following nearly every visit I make whether it be forgetting to include an ingredient or an item altogether. I have never written a review for anything but today was the last straw. Today, May 30th around 11am, I was genuinely shocked a riot didnt erupt and nobody decided to get aggressive with the staff. Breakfast was still being served and people were waiting 15-20 minutes for their order. Two guys decided to take their dollar loss and leave because it was taking so long. The worst part is people would wait long to get their food and then once they got it, they would have to bring it back because it was not the item they ordered. I saw 3 breakfast sandwiches return and 2 coffees return during my visit. I was frustrated as hell but was starting to worry about the workers cause the tension was off the charts. Every single client was either crossing their arms, huffing, rolling their eyes and or gossiping to one another about the horrible service. The only reason I have given this location chance after chance is because they are the nearest location to me. After today, I quite honestly don't know if I can ever return knowing how bad the service is. A small fix wont solve anything, it instead feels like many changes are required. I'm not looking for a coupon on my next meal, I just want service to significantly improve.
Wednesday may 14 22h00 - machine gives no receipt, no order number etc. Employees avoid talking to you.

Pretty good place paediatric recently I had to get more calories so I started eating McDonald's and it was a great choice because the food is so yummy. I can eat a lot. And now I have gained enough weight and I am very happy about it.

She was so heated up i was trying to order my food she was shouting at the mic she don’t know how to speak i think she fights same at her home and same with the boss One suggestion to the boss find good employes don’t hire uneducated people like her With this kind of behaviour thats a shame on MCD to hire these people

Client service sucks - went to the drive to order a coffee and 2 hashbrown for 7$ - the person didn’t even told me that having a trio would be cheaper. Then asked for a receipt and he responded to me like it sounds like a you problem…….the least you can do is to be professional, if you’re not happy you should get a new job

Very bad experience there , the workers are unorganized they made me park somewhere, waited 15min there then told me to come to the window to get my food making me wait in the cold for no reason and after i left i realized i was missing my sauce and my straw. Will not go back there. wasted my time and money.

I haven't been there in a while and taught the place made some impro My recent visit to McDonald's was disappointing. The fries were only slightly warm and had almost no salt. The veggie burger was not hot at all, which made it much less enjoyable. The Big Mac had only one pickle and no ketchup; when my son brought it back to the counter, the staff simply added two more pickles instead of properly fixing the burger. On top of that, we ordered a Quarter Pounder but received a Double Big Mac instead. The iced tea was filled almost entirely with ice, leaving very little actual drink. To make matters worse, the dining area was so cold that we had to put our coats back on while eating. Overall, the food quality, order accuracy, and comfort of the restaurant really need improvement. 🍟🥤❄️
This is my favorite McDonald’s in Montreal. The restaurant is always very clean, and the staff are very efficient. I’ve been here many times and highly recommend this place!
The experience till with this specific store has been horrible. Everytime I order something from this place they seem to miss one the items. Two times they missed the extra chicken patty, 1 time poutine and 1 time their world famous fries. Everyone is just lousy here to be true. To get the missing item you have to drive back and show them the proof that yes actually they have missed the item.
Relatively clean restaurant with friendly staff, usually busy but always served delicious well made food!
