My experience at McDonald’s was very disappointing. First of all, there was no paper in the printer for receipts, which made it difficult for me to show the staff the issue properly. The fish burger quality was extremely poor. The bun was very hard, not fresh at all, and it wasn’t even properly toasted. The overall taste was really bad and did not meet even basic expectations. I would like to mention that the staff seemed to be working very hard and were trying their best to manage the situation. However, the administration and overall management appear to be very poor. Basic things like maintaining equipment and food quality should not be overlooked. Overall, not a good experience at all.

The girl at the cash was overly amazing! I think her name was Rexy ( maybe i’m spelling it wrong). Loved her so much she made my entire day with her kindness and beautiful smile! Good job to whoever hired her! Get her a raise!

Awful. Was meant to be open inside until midnight. It was 10:30pm and the staff were absolutely unacceptably rude keeping people out. They laughed, pointed and danced inside through the glass with -20C weather outside. Unaccceptable behavior for a business in Canada. I will be writing letters to the head office and contacting FTV news.

There was a pepper spray incident 2 days ago and the staff did nothing. They wouldn't let us out the back door so we all had to run panic stricken through the cloud of spray. Very scary and unpleasant. More training definitely required. I will never go back and I am warning all my friends not to go.
