Everything was amazing. Fast service. Goooooood food. Hot food. 10/10 poutine. Went at 1am and the food was still amazing. Very good place!

I was there when this incident happened, and I would like to share what I saw. These two couples came into the restaurant, and they were the ones who made the mistake but then tried to blame and disrespect the workers who were simply doing their jobs. He ordered a McDouble without onion, not without cheese. I saw the order on the screen myself. The workers followed what was entered. The accusations being made are not true, and the staff were not rude. These young people are working hard! They deserve respect, not false accusations. It was very disappointing to see customers treat them this way.@Angela & Oli

Hello, I was there when this happened. These two people made the mistake and then tried to blame and embarrass the young workers who were simply doing their jobs. He ordered a McDouble sans onion, not sans cheese—I saw it clearly on the screen myself. The staff were respectful, and the accusations being made are not true. I believe there was confusion because they may not speak French well and ordered the wrong item. These young workers are trying to do better for themselves and deserve respect. Very disappointing behavior from Oli and Angela.

When I ordered a mcdouble no cheese they gave me a burger WITH CHEESE … I simply asked for the correct order without cheese and they blamed me for not entering the right order . When I asked for proof to confirm whose fault it was they gave me a burger with a bite taken out of it! Crazy disrespectful attitude and was even given back the original burger with cheese after asking for a refund saying “it’s mcdonalds bro what did you expect “

Went on Good Friday just expecting a causal meal. Was reciprocated bad attitude from staff and disrespect . They had messed up my order and then blamed me! when i requested them to remake it i received a contaminated burger that a staff member had taken a bite from. Unacceptable behaviour!!! Can’t believe they are still open with the immature staffing. Do not recommend, never taking another chance with mcdonald their disgusting.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a McDonald’s. I had to give one star since giving zero isn’t an option. There were only two staff members handling both the kitchen and the counter, which resulted in very poor service. There was no sense of welcome — no response to “hello” and no acknowledgment of any requests. This reflects a serious issue in staff management. The manager should urgently review the quality of the service and personnel.
