The reviews are mostly very negative and mainly mention very long waits at the counter, drive-thru, and for orders. This is the slowest McDonalds I ever been to. Waited 20-30 minutes for the food inside, over the drive through they wouldn’t even take our order in English.
Both my coke zero and my buddy's regular coke tasted weird. I let them know. These things should not happen in a McDonald.
This restaurent is the proof that not every McDonald's is the same. Some are better and some (like this one) are just bad. Burgers are McDonald's, but it tastes like left over food. Staff act like they're on forced labor. The garbage bins were all full and bathroom didn't have any paper towel left.

I placed my order on the screen and waited 10 minutes to pay. Then they can’t see my order. Waste of time.

The refresher drinks tasted mostly like water and barely any flavour. The poutines are small compared to other city’s. When I walked in the workers were yelling at eachother and the food was kinda cold but the food was ready pretty fast
Very disappointing experience. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order: an Americano coffee and a bagel. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was almost empty. To make things worse, items were missing from my order. The app is supposed to save time, but every time I use it, I end up waiting and checking whether my order is complete. That’s simply not acceptable.
As a English speaker, their order queue display board is confused to me. I saw my order number was in the list, as I was waiting for it, after a few minutes, my order number is gone. Nobody called this order number and I didn't see my ordered food was presented on the counter either. I had to ask them to find my order.
Normal fast food restaurants
I just order right now absolutely ridiculous absolutely ridiculous to start like that the 2026 I made an order and I had to come back all the way back because they forgot item from the order they did not even apologize or to make sure to make it up to us.. absolutely ridiculous!! Check your order before you leaving!!
