As a English speaker, their order queue display board is confused to me. I saw my order number was in the list, as I was waiting for it, after a few minutes, my order number is gone. Nobody called this order number and I didn't see my ordered food was presented on the counter either. I had to ask them to find my order.

I just order right now absolutely ridiculous absolutely ridiculous to start like that the 2026 I made an order and I had to come back all the way back because they forgot item from the order they did not even apologize or to make sure to make it up to us.. absolutely ridiculous!! Check your order before you leaving!!
