Very disappointing experience at McDonald's. They have a numbered order pickup system with screens, but the staff simply do not use it properly. Orders disappear from the monitor almost immediately and then employees just shout the numbers in French only. If you don’t understand French or miss them for one second, you have no idea your food is ready because the number is no longer displayed anywhere. The whole point of the digital order system is to make pickup organized and clear, especially for tourists and international visitors. Instead, it becomes chaotic and confusing, with many people waiting around unsure if their order is ready or already sitting somewhere getting cold. Really poor organization for such a busy location. Very slow McDonald’s. Always marks orders as completed and ready to pickup LONNNG before they are actually ready. Often gets orders wrong on top of that.
Delicious Combo Big Mac, Crispy Chicken Poutine, Medium Sprite and Nocturne. Fast Service less than 5 minutes while not so busy but almost full tables at 12:30 PM. Average 7 minutes would be good for 21$ with discount on app. The Staffs are Nice and Calm Paying with the Gift card at the screen worked and got my order number. But the printer didn’t come out. However, The Big Mac Patty looks OK and still taste good. Crispy Chicken, Cheese, Green Onions, and Spicy Sauce are quite better quite more quality than the Big Mac. Apple Pie and Sprite Nocturne taste the Best. BTW, It was a Good McDonald’s in Terminal Longueuil.
I don't think the ladies where even looking at the orders. Fruitopia drink wasn't even full even if i paid for a larger option and tasted like water. Items where placed all of the place in my bag resulting in food getting out of package. Really disappointed!
Asked if I could mix my drink and they said no. The boy that was there was rude, and nobody seemed to know anything about what they’re doing.
Waited 20 min for a dry poutine with no gravy. Definitely not the McDonald’s experience you expect. Very disappointing.

This is the second time i order in this McDonald's First time they didn't put my mc muffin inside my order this time they just put eggs, NEVER AGAIN
