Everytime i order thru uber the filet o fish is always rock hard n not fresh… theres always something missing from the order like the extra gravy fir poutine etc.

They are never never never respect the order for example I ordered a spicy poutine and they didn’t even put the spicy sauce and services are really bad and lobby always dirty

This McDonald’s does not offer a good service. Orders are consistently erroneous. I usually order via the mobile app to avoid being misunderstood and this does not make a difference . You will be handed a completely different order when you reach the drive through , if you requested grilled chicken it will be crispy , if you requested a large fry it will be medium and your happy meal may be missing items . I gave 2 stars as they will try to make things right if you reach out requesting a solution. I go here on a weekly basis as it’s part of my kids after school extracurricular routine . If it weren’t for them, I would have switched restaurants a long time ago .

Not a good service, they forget always something for the deliveies or even at site. They need an experienced manager.

Great location and kind staff, but the service is really slow. It ends up being quite crowded with lots of people always being there, especially the drive thru.

Incomplete deliveries, missing sauce or etc in burgurs, forgetting fries, these are happening in almost all my orders to them.
