45 min pour recevoir la commande, commande simplement perdue j’ai du donner ma facture pour finalement l’avoir. Aucune excuse et aucun rush ce qui est encore pire pour le service reçu. Tout était tiède. We waited 45min for a basic order (3happy meals/bigmac), after 20min with no order number on the screen I went and asked about my order,it was no where to be found. I had to give them my receipt. No one was sorry and there was no rush to explain the awful service. We like the chain to save us some time but today it was only a waste of time and money to get lukewarm food.

Online order, delivered within reasonable amount of time at a designated car spot. People parked at food pickup, without a pending order :(. For a medium fries, they short filled it.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time and usually everything is great. My orders are always correct, the service is fast, and most of the staff are very friendly. I really enjoy coming here because it’s normally a very good experience. However, at night there is one employee at the drive-thru who wears a vest and is often very rude. They don’t really listen to what you’re saying when you order and it makes the experience frustrating.

I ordered fries and a coffee and it was curbside pickup but they took 15 mins for such small order. When asked the reason for this delay they replied it slipped from the server mind.
