After a long day I stopped by McDonald’s to enjoy a good bite dinning in. The manager Sara took my order with such great example on how customer service should be. She was very polite, respectful, patient, attentive & of course serving with a smile. That positive energy should always be present regardless on what the situation of the restaurant is. Thank you Sara ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bad service. The employees are so lost. Made me wait 20 mins inside and forgot about me. Telling me the drive in service is more important 🤦🏾♂️. I just ask for refund. Never again

Serving stale and leftover Food
First of all, I don’t mean this with any disrespect, but I find it really frustrating and honestly not right that I pay for my food and don’t receive what I actually paid for. I understand that it’s a fast-food restaurant, and I understand that it was around 12 at night. However, I work a very similar job at a fast-food chain, including at night, and I know that the time of day doesn’t mean we should stop paying attention to people’s orders. If working at night is difficult, I understand that, but customers shouldn’t have to receive the wrong order because of it. I asked for ketchup very politely, like I always do, and I didn’t receive any. Second, instead of a McCroustillon, I received a McPoulet. And third, I asked for a regular poutine, but I received fries in a poutine box with bacon on top and no sauce. I clearly asked for a poutine. It may have been a mix-up with another order, and I understand that mistakes happen, but when several things are wrong with an order, it becomes really frustrating. I’m not trying to be disrespectful or difficult. It just makes people like us not want to come back to fast-food restaurants. Nobody eats fast food every single day. When you do eat it, it’s usually because you’re treating yourself to a cheat meal or you’re looking for something quick and easy. But when you receive barely anything of the meal you actually ordered, it gets really frustrating. I don’t usually complain because I know what it feels like to work in these places, but I know for a fact that I would never do that to someone else. I do think it’s reasonable to expect the order we paid for to be the order we receive. If I could give 0 stars I would, really disappointing.
Very slow service. It's taking 10 minutes per customer at the drive thru making for very long wait times and loss of business for the restaurant.
Just ordered through the drive inn and ordered a big Mac with four chicken nuggets. For my daughter. I arrived home and my daughter asked me where is the 🍟 fries. And I found out that they forgot to put it in the bag. I said it before that I am not buying from MacDonald but because of my daughter I this mistake.
Absolute disgrace to McDonalds poutine, it was stale and tasted like cardboard, fries were sitting for atleast 30 minutes before they made it into a poutine, plus they forgot to include a straw for the drink.
Waited over 20mins at the drive thru during the night and no one took our order even if I saw the employees behind the counter. If you are not going to offer a service please close the restaurant.

45 min pour recevoir la commande, commande simplement perdue j’ai du donner ma facture pour finalement l’avoir. Aucune excuse et aucun rush ce qui est encore pire pour le service reçu. Tout était tiède. We waited 45min for a basic order (3happy meals/bigmac), after 20min with no order number on the screen I went and asked about my order,it was no where to be found. I had to give them my receipt. No one was sorry and there was no rush to explain the awful service. We like the chain to save us some time but today it was only a waste of time and money to get lukewarm food.
Paid for a large fries. Got it half full. Might as well just order a small.

Online order, delivered within reasonable amount of time at a designated car spot. People parked at food pickup, without a pending order :(. For a medium fries, they short filled it.
Lousy service waited for a coffee and muffin and by the time I got it, it was cold.
I come to this McDonald’s all the time and usually everything is great. My orders are always correct, the service is fast, and most of the staff are very friendly. I really enjoy coming here because it’s normally a very good experience. However, at night there is one employee at the drive-thru who wears a vest and is often very rude. They don’t really listen to what you’re saying when you order and it makes the experience frustrating.
I like its service. The team is hard working. I love to have double fish combo, delicious.
