Hours are incorrect, online says closes at 11, walked up to the doors at 9:50 and they were locked. All the lights were on.

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered 2 coffees through drive through. One car ahead of us, waited over 10 minutes. This was at 1:40 in the afternoon. And the sad part is, the coffee doesn't even taste fresh.

Waited at drive tru over 10 min wasn’t even busy then I get my food when I say cold it was cold go back to front door it’s lock so go around drive tru again only one car in front took another 10 min to receive another cheeseburger that is cold and bun was so hard unbelievably

I stopped by because it said there was a 10% discount if you refueled. Maybe I was just unlucky, but no receipt came out, and even though I tried to prove it on my phone, the 10% discount was not applied. Also, I ordered the spicy chicken burger, and the chicken smell was extremely bad. It was terrible. Please manage your ingredients properly.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT stop here. If you order take out make sure you check your order before driving away. We were sold disgusting burnt breakfast with no ketchup (as requested) to force it down. Inedible and gross. What a waste of money and time. Ruined our journey. Uggggh.

Was welcomed by the lancaster team with smiles and a once in a lifetime experience. The manager was so great with our kids and welcomed them back to make their own mcflurrys! The entire team helped create this experience and put the biggest smiles on their faces!

Terrible service , everyone is angry , i wait 15 minutes for mobile order, they never have the baked goods aha when they do the cookies are burnt. There’s one older lady who’s been there for a long time she’s very Rude . Don’t recommend

I was in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Once I paid I was asked to wait some more at station 3. I don’t know what’s happening in there but I ended up waiting another 15 minutes. A 45 minute wait for fries and chicken nuggets????
