Ordered breakfast to go. They got the wrapper correct but put sausage instead of bacon. It won't ruin my day but come on people get it together.

I try to keep my expectations realistic because, unfortunately, it often feels like something will be missing from my order. On this visit, there were barely any cars in the drive-thru, so I expected a quick experience. Instead, I ended up waiting at the window for 15 minutes while my food sat there the entire time. I even tried to get the employee’s attention, but it genuinely felt like I was being ignored. When he finally came over and I asked what was taking so long, he told me they were waiting on nuggets. The problem is, I never ordered nuggets. They had actually been holding my meal while waiting for the car behind me’s order. By that point, my food had obviously been sitting there far too long, so I asked for a fresh burger. They did remake it, but when I checked it, the bun was so hard it was practically inedible. I then had to go inside, where the supervisor showed the burger to the cook and even had him touch the bun before they finally made it properly. In total, it took 30 minutes to get a simple order right. I remained calm, polite, and patient the entire time, but I left feeling more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. The lack of attention, poor communication, and repeated mistakes made for an incredibly frustrating experience.

Ordered a poutine buffalo chicken and had not one piece of chicken in it. How can you be so incompetent. Its like forgetting to put beef in the Big Mac...

Kids love the indoor park. Food is typical McDonald's. Sadly, they renovated recently and dropped the self-serve drinks,. They will not refill a cup behind the counter either. Saving a ton money I'm sure for a drink that really costs them cents...
