I went There at a drive-through and the person who was taking the order and the cash it was a black lady. She was so arrogant and rude. She literally said just pay and leave . If I could give zero, I would definitely I hope this complaints reached to Manager Anna.

So we went at around 11:15 at night first of all they took more than 30 minutes. I was at the window for more than 15 minutes and when they came in, I asked why did it got so much late she did not respond and she said that just pay and leave like quite literally she said that the person who was taking the order the black lady.

Worst experience ever we just ordered 2 mc flurries and it took around 20 mins in the drive through at night. It wasn’t even busy at all

She didn't understand my order at the drive through, got short with me and didn't even end up taking it down at all. I had to order online and wait an additional 10 minutes to get my food.

Worst service! Rude staff and lots of errors. The waiting time is incredibly long even for just a coffee. The old lady in the morning shift is the meanest.
