Hi, earlier today I went to McDonald’s and unfortunately the service wasn’t good. I didn’t receive a fork for my poutine, and when I tried to mention it, the lady at the window closed the window abruptly. I just wanted to share this because it wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Worst delivery mess ever. Did not get half my order. They refused to fix the mistake and deliver the missing food. And refused refund. So I have a $30 burger for dinner. I should have ordered from a high end restaurant for that price!!! Don't order from here. I see why their CEO won't eat the food.

Went to get a coffee and there were some weird grains or remains of something floating in the coffee that were not coffee beans. Then I went to get reimbursed and they wouldn't give the money back. Finally got them to reimburse after arguing. Try to avoid this place or at least make sure to check your food.

Manager yelled at us. Wouldn’t give us our order even though we PAID on the app. Kept telling us to come back ever 10 minutes. Horrible customer service and took my money.

They got everything wrong in my order. I waited at least half an hour. My drink tasted like water. They changed it and it was the same thing. Once I got home I realized that I had the wrong sandwich and dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets. My friend asked for the spicy poutine we had a regular one. After waiting all this time, I was just to tired to go back. But it was definitely not worth my money.

Mobile ordered a coffee, curbside pickup on a morning of my vacation. Other restaurants this can be a pain and a long wait, but these guys had me on my way in 2-3 minutes.
