Tried telling the person at the drive through I had an order number. They essentially hung up on me and refused to serve me when they heard me speak English. Had to wait for the next person to let them know. There was no technical difficulties as I heard her talk to the car behind me as soon as I pulled away. Incredibly rude.

I’ve ordered from this location twice now, and both times I was served a raw Junior Chicken. This time it made me throw up everything I ate, and now I’m dealing with food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting.

Spent 15 minutes trying to them my order and they got it wrong regardless. My cup came half empty and i asked for extra sauce in the bag got none.

Very small location, and super busy at lunchtime with students. Standing room only and not easy to maneuver through the restaurant. Despite being busy, coffee was made quick!

Worst McDonalds in Gatineau. If you get drive thru, make sure you check your bag because they ALWAYS forget something. It’s pathetic

We stopped in for lunch at this McDonalds with our 4 year old child. While we were eating, a homeless man came into the restaurant asking for change. When people didn't give him money, he became angry, started swearing at guests, including families with children. The staff DID NOTHING. In fact, they offered him a free coffee. He stayed and continued aggressively asking guests for money, harassing a young student and asking why he couldn't afford to give him money while he was working on a laptop and asking how much his laptop cost. He raged for 10 minutes about how selfish everyone was and how he hoped there were rats in our burgers. I was waiting for the staff to do something and they did nothing. I will never return to this McDonalds again.
