Everything i go by this place and stops the employees seems like they hate there jobs , very slow service and even tho the have parkings for people to wait on there food .. they make them park at the door just in front and create a blockage

This location is atrocious. It has a play place and that's why we keep coming here with kids, but other than that... 1. Ordering kiosks gave been out of printer paper the last 3-4 times I've been here, so you better remember your order number. 2. Did you remember your order number? Good! Because they constantly cheat their stats by quickly clearing orders in the system, so they disappear from the order board 3. A week ago, we inquired about our order after it's been ~15min and the guy behind the counter just shrugged. 4. On that order for 2 adults and 2 kids they got 2 things wrong, and we had to ask them to replace fries because they were completely cold as the only thing sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. 5. Then once I realized that my grilled chicken snack wrap was wrong (it was crispy chicken even though the sticker on the paper was correct), they replaced it with another snack wrap that was also wrong 6. Yesterday I just ordered an Oreo McFlurry. Easy, right? Well, after waiting 10+min as usual (they cleared it off the board after only a few min) all the Oreo bits were all just sitting on top. They didn't even bother mixing it. Seems like they rush and make mistakes, but then have to remake things which only makes them rush more. I really hope this location gets better management and improves things as it's great location-wise.

Always somthing missing in your order. Nugget sauce, straw or even your burger. Kinda frustrating when you get home to find that your order is missing some stuff you paid for.

I learned my lesson and checked my bags to make sure the order was ok. And still, I realized the double 1/4 pounder was made with the bigmac patties when I got home.
