I know.... it's McDonald's, I know.... they lack employees.... but my god the service is exécrable!!! First the way they interact with clients is not acceptable, they are rude, self-centered, and clearly they don't seem to enjoy their job. Also, their supposed, according to their website and app, to be opened 24h.... but I work nights, and I've been the couple of time, at different hour time, ordering through the app, but when I arrive at the drive-thru, they say their not opened right now, on break.... ok maybe their not enough employees and they all have to take their brake at the same time, but at least take it same time every night, not one day at 2am, next day at 4am and the day after at 3am..... makes it impossible for customers to know when to come. Also, don't know if it's possible, but if you take your break between 3am and 4am, make sure the app is not letting customers order and when searching for your restaurant, make sure it says "closed" between 3am and 4am.... you know... basics..
