5th time in a row of having to go inside for them to adjust my coffee. How is it you read 8 Carmels on a screen & only put 1 shot in each cup! Then get upset when I politely ask for the correct amount.

Food sucks, service sucks, they blame public when theyre short staffed, burgers are now bite size, just an awful place to eat lately, they should just shut them all down, i will never eat there again unless somebody twists my arm, unreal

The day managers were real meean. She thinks she can treat customers like there's nothing. And if you're yelling, which or telling them off, they're in the right to yell at you.That's not right. And in this Derby restaurant, you are waiting forever for your food and they're rude about it. And they just stand around, and they do nothing. This is a very bad place to eat. I will never ever order anything from this place again. Because they are just too rude. Think twice if u want to go here it sucks

I have never written a Google review before, but today I find myself inspired. In this world of chaos and suffering, we must find the small things in life that bring us some joy. Too often, in the past, I have requested extra pickles on my McDouble only to find, to my dismay, one or two pickle slices lying insipidly like lone castaways, marooned on a golden island of American cheese. But not here at the Derby McDonalds. No, my good men and women of this kingdom in the northeast; here, I consistently find myself receiving five (or sometimes even six!) pickle slices blanketing my McDouble in glorious green, like a field of sweet clover in springtime! Haha! I laugh and shake my head, thankful that, despite life’s many struggles, God has mercifully put me here, near this pickle-gracious McDonald’s location. To the employees of the Derby McDonalds, never let anyone tell you that you are anything less than bright, shining stars in a world full of darkness. Keep shining your light, my friends. I see you.

The building seems extra cold in the dining area. Some employees act annoyed when they have to ring up orders at the register if it's busy and will huff and role eyes throughout. It can take a few minutes of standing there for anyone to notice you and come out from the back to take your order.

Every time I do doordash here I wait 15-40 minutes for my customers order even with nobody in line ,they prioritize the drive thru, and say its ready on app as soon as they start so it doesn't look bad on them, have been told they are working on it waited 20 minutes and it was waiting on the shelf, they were just too lazy to take the time to look.
