Took over 10 mins to get a refresher and 2 medium fries. The manager had to come out and tell everyone to keep it pushing and go go go. They should honestly get a reset on staff because while some guy was having issues with his meal, the head chef or whatever was messing up her staff, and the manager was yelling at everyone, there was a lady filling up cups with ice and managing to miss the cup entirely while she was needing to go to the register due to a big line of people and being told to go but not going. It was just sad, honestly and waiting 10 mins for something that takes 2 usually, and watching other clients grab and walk away with their bigger meals that take much longer to make just annoyed me

Came here on my lunch break Thursday September 3rd at 11:40am, i was in a hurry and had to add a drink to my meal at the first window. Upon politely asking the Lady rolled her eyes, let out a big sigh and gave me attitude over it. Way to lose business.

Don't bother getting breakfast with eggs. They "crack their eggs fresh" so you just pay 5$ for egg shells.

Ordered an ice coffee though the drive thru. Asked for a straw when I arrived at the window. Employee advised me we don't give straws with those kind of covers. I prefer a straw when I'm driving. Dosen't matter. We don't give straws with those covers. All this over a straw

stop in yesterday an got some supper for bf decided to grab some for me! after going thru drive thru which was good waited a bit long we got our order the kid was very friendly ! as usual the fries were not hot and mushy decided to have them on our way back home! got home to eat our burger to have my quarter pounder blt. with no condiments i had nothing ! the lettuce had brown spots not to mention hardly any thing on it ! an still burger was barely warm i mean come on! and there was hardly no one in the place one car ahead of us. ! now i see why more and more i hate that place. lousy rotten stale food !

Although I wouldn’t waste time to return items for this reason. This particular McDonalds has to be aware that it WAS noticed that every last French fry 🍟 box was busted on 1 side. 3 orders, different sizes, all down the same side. I question-how are they being stored a this location or why are they not inspected and signalled by employees. Fine and good if you’re dining in, but take out or delivery? Really??

Ive always loved mcdo. Grew up with this mcdo as our go to resto. A friend introduced me to the app been a long time now.. As examples, with the app's curbside pickup, I have and others I know have only had problems. Try to redeem my most recent points(17000), it glitches and i'd lose my points and not get them back (when even the confirmation email says in 48hrs itll be back.) Its happened multiple times.. so why waste my time collecting points if i just lose them. My monopoly tiles wont work to claim.. I have to give them out. Etc. Etc. It seems like its non stop problems. Some of my crew have decided we give up on mcdo. 😣😓😓🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Sorry. A&W hasn't failed me yet! Goodluck.
