stop in yesterday an got some supper for bf decided to grab some for me! after going thru drive thru which was good waited a bit long we got our order the kid was very friendly ! as usual the fries were not hot and mushy decided to have them on our way back home! got home to eat our burger to have my quarter pounder blt. with no condiments i had nothing ! the lettuce had brown spots not to mention hardly any thing on it ! an still burger was barely warm i mean come on! and there was hardly no one in the place one car ahead of us. ! now i see why more and more i hate that place. lousy rotten stale food !

Although I wouldn’t waste time to return items for this reason. This particular McDonalds has to be aware that it WAS noticed that every last French fry 🍟 box was busted on 1 side. 3 orders, different sizes, all down the same side. I question-how are they being stored a this location or why are they not inspected and signalled by employees. Fine and good if you’re dining in, but take out or delivery? Really??

Ive always loved mcdo. Grew up with this mcdo as our go to resto. A friend introduced me to the app been a long time now.. As examples, with the app's curbside pickup, I have and others I know have only had problems. Try to redeem my most recent points(17000), it glitches and i'd lose my points and not get them back (when even the confirmation email says in 48hrs itll be back.) Its happened multiple times.. so why waste my time collecting points if i just lose them. My monopoly tiles wont work to claim.. I have to give them out. Etc. Etc. It seems like its non stop problems. Some of my crew have decided we give up on mcdo. 😣😓😓🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Sorry. A&W hasn't failed me yet! Goodluck.
