26/05/27 I just pass through the drive through staff were very impolite and I ordered through mobile app usually if they don’t have something they will ask for alternative but this time they just ignore and told me you need to cancel and re order just because there was no chocolate milk. And both counter service were bad for drive through since 2022 I buying from there it’s first time. Re think and teach your staff some manners.

I buy a large Putin size here once a week. Today, the portion is only half, and the sauce is too small. It's almost like French fries. There's no sauce. Can't it always be similar food? What I ordered is always the same food... but the food that comes out is so different.

All franchises are different. It depends on the owner and the staff. Is the owner present? Does your staff have e the experience in running a restaurant? Or do you hire kids to run your business? We went for an ice cream. Good thing. Because food took way too long. Five people were working but only 2 were actually working. Wow! The place was dirty, where patrons, who did not remove their waste, remained on the table the entire 30 minutes O sat outside. Gross....Bugs... Will I go back? Nope.

We had a stellar time here recently. The checkout process was seamless, and the staff greeted us with genuine smiles. The food exceeded our expectations, and the environment was cozy and inviting. I will surely be back to try something different next time. It’s a solid choice for a good meal.

The entrance makes you almost have to walk through the drive-thru. Tight entrance. Tight interior drink machines are right at the entrance and create traffic towards the cash. Not Recommended for a wheelchairs or if you're willing to get hit by a car in. Food is good but it's badly made design from McDonald's

I ordered delivery here on two separate occasions and they usually miss a drink. The most recent one had a whole smoothie, soda and milk missing from the delivery order. I know statistically delivery orders tend to mess up, but needing to go through customer support infuriates me. Inside the restaurant, the atmosphere and decor are alright. Though I would hesitate ordering for delivery from this location in my opinion. Generous and fast refund policy from McDonald’s corporate though

Note to self. Do not go on a Sunday evening. Loud music playing from the kitchen area, drink area is filthy, employees are less than professional. Also they never seem to have receipts in any of their machines. I wonder what the government would think about that Edit: went tonight, paid for a double big mack, got a regular big mack in a double big mack package. Is it the kitchen fault? or the lady at the drive through who puts it in the bag. Perhaps Owner should check the cameras around 12:30-12:45 am. Im done with paying for items and not getting the right ones. SCAM ALERT

There are a few problems with this location. 1. As other reviewers have written here, the staff often make mistakes. I ordered a McDouble and it came with 1 piece of meat. So, I had to return it. Another time, the newbie cashier took a coupon from me, but did not apply it to give me a discount. 2. The dining room is almost always a mess with overflowing trash cans, dirty tables and a fountain drink area with soda splashed on the counter. 3. The 2nd floor dining room has always been closed every time I go there (even when the 1st floor is filled to capacity with customers). I really want to like this place so I can give myself some reasons to come back. The French fries always seem to be fresh at least. I hope the owner of this location reads these reviews and tries to improve this store.

The workers can do mistakes often and then it takes a lot of proof to show the mistake . Once all I bought was a small Oreo McFlurry , after 6 minutes I never received it so I went up to a guy then I talked to him abt it and he started saying there’s nothing in the system and he didnt care at all . I waited for the manager to come and she fixed it and gave me my McFlurry after 25 mins of waiting and asked me if I wanted free small fries as a apology. They always forget the straws and there’s always bugs on the ketchup dispenser during summer and there’s usually only one soda fountain working

Wanted to say a big thank you to Stevenoh (sorry if I misspelled the name). He saw me finishing a run outside the store, and came out with a cup of water and offered it to me. His gesture really made my day, and I am very thankful to him for that. Again, thank you!

I don’t know if these are DoorDash prices or if the franchisee is the one who creates these prices but it’s a total and utter scam. To charge 6.20 $ for a trio is disgusting. I know prices have gone up but this is taking advantage of people. Still over priced don't go to this location Edit 03/11/2026 Tried to give this another chance. This time drive through. Lady who does the drive through at night doesn't speak French and hardly any English. No sure how this makes any sense. This is a recipe for wrong orders.

There were 2 people ahead of me. This is the way I got my burger.... Today I ordered for over $40 for takeout. It took 17 minutes for my order even though there were only 2 people ahead of me and many behind me waiting. When I got home I saw that my Mcdouble burgers were all just regular cheese burgers (only 1 patty). One of the burgers came with the wrapping torn and squashed. This place is not only quite dirty (garbage cans are overflowing and the tables aren't cleaned), but it is mismanaged too. There are not enough people working behind the counter for a Friday night. CHECK TOUR IRDERS CAREFULLY BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT!!!
