Yesterday night. I ordered the limited special (the steak sandwich) . I received it at the counter. The guy working there decided to make me a hamburger. At the counter i told him thats not my order. And the machine didn’t give me a receipt. He said I can’t do anything. And started walking away. I told him i paid 25$ not to eat a hamburger. But he didn’t want to understand. Not the service I expected.

A certain night time manager NEVER EVER has breakfast. A male manager. But when the female night time managers are working there is ALWAYS breakfast food despite the restaurant CLEARLY advertising 24/7 breakfast. LAZY MANAGER NEEDS TO DO HIS DAMN JOB OR FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL COOK BREAKFAST AT NIGHT. smh
