Really disappointed with this McDonald’s location. This McDonald’s clearly doesn’t care about delivery orders. Fries were underfilled, the burger was poorly assembled, and even the drink was only half filled. Completely unacceptable! This is basic stuff, do better!!

Service terribly slow. They let orders pile in while they just chat. They erase multiple orders at once that aren't served yet in order to hide their horribly slow speed on the stats reports from management. Self serve/order machine hides first digit of the order number at printout time on the screen under the image of a printer when order number is long. And as we know, there is almost a certainty that the printer will be defective, thus leaving you with no proof of purchase and full order number you don't know!

Again today March 31 like most other days, service is not great. Very slow, employees have a hard time getting the order right. There’s always something missing in my coffee, sometimes I get it black when it should be sugar and cream, sometimes not even stirred. 🤦🏻‍♂️👎

Absolutely terrible service. I placed a mobile order and stood there for over 10 minutes while no customers were around and employees were busy on their phones instead of doing their jobs. When they finally handed me my order, it was completely wrong — no cream, no sugar, just tea. Total waste of time. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers.

Horrendous customer service- manager with blue puffer jacket and thick glasses should reconsider whether working with public is meant for her or not. Rude - unhelpful and arrogant. Was told “what do you want me to do” - truth be told, do your job. Management should be more attentive to who they hire to run and lead their teams. Does not matter this is a McDonalds job- professionalism should honestly be considered during the hiring process.

This place has turned into a homeless shelter it's open 24 hrs after 11pm they come in and stay all night and sleep and do whatever they want. Management does nothing about it. Maybe I'll go somewhere else for late night supper.

Very modern McDonald's. Kids park and second floor. Limited parking though.
