Usual McDonald experience wasn’t bad
I placed a pickup order around 1:20 AM because Google and the McDonald’s app showed this location as open 24 hours. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed and staff refused the pickup. The app wouldn’t let me cancel and customer service was no help. I was charged and never received my order. Very frustrating experience.
The manager girl is not good treating with me idk I was coming for order.
Not consistent with opening hours. And a very terrible night service!!
Lately at this location and many other locations across various states the service has been not that good mainly as they are not giving cream and sugar on side when requesting this. Mostly just messing up the orders and then have to wait in line to start all over with no refund after. And the packaging is not including a seal on the bag to keep food hot es specially when temperatures are below -10. I buy McDonald's every Friday only. 88% of the times the orders are just messed up and there is no direct way to give feedback to fix this. But otherwise it's just good.

Update : This place has become a hub for the homeless. It's their HQ After 3 am staff is absolutely terrible!!! They are super rude , remove name tags and refuse to provide their name. Even the manager would not identify themselves. 90% of the orders that come out have serious mistakes that have resulted in friends needing to use their EpiPen !! But again what do you expect from Macdonald's right..
Slower than molasses... 20 minute wait for a burger and chicken nuggets that taste stale... What's going on with McDonald's? $50 meal for 2...

Amazing place, Ms. Martin is the best, she's so friendly and nice, always makes my day. I offered her a coffee today, she humbly said No 😉
