This restaurant could be rated a 0 star and it still wouldn't reflect how unfathomably bad this restaurant is. I went in with 2 of my friends, we all ordered at the screen and paid with cash, all except me. Since we were paying with cash, we had to pay at the register, so they both paid successfully very fast, however when it was my turn, the cashier left. This normally isn't an issue at all, except I would find myself waiting for my payment for the next 40 minutes without ever succeeding. I asked the employees several times to allow me to finish my order. By the end I was physically dragged out by my associate. I normally wouldn't be mad at this, as they are obviously short-staffed, and the restaurant is cramped with people. However, during my wait, the restaurant was refilled with new people 2 times. An entire 2 cycles of people left before I got to even finish my order. Without my interaction, the workers don't even grace the presence of the register, as if that side of the room was invisible. My friends who got their order also specifically complained to me about how incredibly dry and unpleasant their meals were. As of the atmosphere, it was filled to the brim with people who are obviously angry because of this miraculous service. Despite everything, I don't blame the workers at all, I blame the demonic and cruel manager that put this workload onto them. If you cannot fulfill your demand, you should put all that workload onto the workers. It is your duty to provide an environment that isn't overwhelming to the staff, and you have failed spectacularly. You are the most incompetent and selfish person that's ever graced the milky way. Please remove your restaurant from this planet, it would be a better place without it.
