This is normally my favourite McD drive-thru but yesterday, July 17th in the early afternoon, the young lady at the pay wicket and the young man at the pick up wicket both had such terrible attitudes. So disappointed.
This employee was not manning the cash properly as my friend and I could not order. I proceeded to ask him why they couldnt man the cash, then he proceeded to yell at me, with obscenities, and my friend and threw our coins at us terrible employee please terminate as soon as possible
The guy with light brown hair and a beard (on morning shift) slammed my order on the counter. Then he blew his nose and continued making the food right after. Start looking for new hires🙏

I ordered 20 nuggets, paid for 20 nuggets when I got home it's a 10 piece box in the bag. It's actually my fault because I keep coming back!!! $10.50 for 2 tiny cheese burgers with bacon, rude greeting: "what do you want!" Cold with cold cheese. Really? Today parked 10 minutes for a standard trio Waited 15 minute's in drive through for a coffee with only1 car ahead of me today
Check your bags every single time! They always miss stuff. Today I got home and my $8.89 McNuggets were missing—funny enough, they remembered to put the sauces in, but no Mcnuggets. Store never picks up the phone. Not driving 30 mins round trips in the pouring rain for their mistake. Unacceptable.
I’m usually a big McDonald’s enjoyer. However, my experience here changed my opinion of the whole franchise. I arrived at 10:55, and they refused to take lunch orders until 11:00 — “fair enough.” I then headed to the bathroom where, no, I wasn’t surprised by my reflection in the mirror, but by the general dirtiness of the room. I was finally able to place my lunch order at 11:00. Everything went accordingly until I received my McWrap — except for one thing: it was barely wrapped, and the contents had already spilled into the bottom of my order bag. Instead of a well-made Crunchy McWrap, I picked up a sad, cold disappointment: an excuse for a wet tortilla. Then my drink... My poor drink. I don't know what you need to do to a poor Mc Drink machine for it to be warm flat and unable to produce ice anymore. But that's what I was faced with when I wanted to fill up my small cup with diet coke. When I tried to retreat to the comfort of my own mind after this awful experience, I was apsulutely unable to calm down since all around me was the filth of Baconfield's Mc Donald. One of the dirtiest McDonald's restaurants I have seen. Mirror was so dirty I could barely see my reflection. Soda machine drinks were warm and not fizzy at all. Buddy's wrap was also just not tight and simply fell in the bag upon pickup. If you're thinking about going to McDonald, wait for another city.
For delivery person,they don't help after store's closing time.Waiting from last 10mnt.,ringing,the bell,still employees are not making the order,feeling really disgusting.
Drive through dreadfully slow...during the evening... 20 minute long wait for cold fries... often, not just once.
Terrible experience. Me and my friends arrived by bike and were told by the manager that the lobby was closed, but that we were welcome to use the drive-through to place our order. We walked up to both order microphones and were completely ignored — no acknowledgment, no response, nothing. We then walked up to the window and were ignored there as well, while staff continued serving customers in vehicles without any issue. If you're going to direct customers to the drive-through, the least you can do is actually serve them. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Enjoyed this location every now and then, however this time i have been waiting over 30 minutes in the parking lot for my order. Very disappointed. Everyone behind me all got their orders. Turns out they gave my order to someone else… To avoid.
Take out order, fries were cold.Ask for a coke no ice,and got ice.Double check your order and check your fries! I enjoyed my McNugets but had to microwave my fries,kill joy.
Took 40 mins to get food while girls that “worked there” asked for large fries for free and the worker got it for them right away while our food wasn’t even being made and then our food came out cold
I caught a gastrointestinal bug yesterday from a simple order of chicken nuggets and a coke. I’m one hundred percent certain that’s where I got this bug I’m dealing with now and it’s a bad one. HYGIENE!
I kid you not i am writting this in the drive through. i have been waiting for 30 MINUTES !! My whole lunch break - only for a MCDOUBLE !!! are we serious??

Pretty clean place compared to the downtown locations, There are fewer people here so the order is quick. I like that. I will come here again because it is a much better option.
Fast services the food is hot and the staff are i always come here and they never fail me

Update: Always have to wait for my drive thru orders and check the order for accuracy. They often get it wrong. Tim's in Timberlea is much faster/accurate. Previous: Waited at least 20 minutes for dine in for dinner. Most non-fast food restaurants are faster. There's no heating in the building either, it seems.
Amazing and Fast Services (Less than 5 - 8 minutes ! Very Kindful! They serve in French too. The McDouble, Fries, and Coca Cola for 5$ are perfectly warm! The tables, stations, and toilet are cleaned. Monday at 2:00 PM / 14:00 is Quiet and not busy. Even the drive thru has more order than eating inside. Great McDonald’s in Beaconsfield, like Kirkland and Repentigny too.
The Mcflurries are way better at this McDonalds to the point where I have to come to this one in particular. I'm hooked!
One of the better McDonald’s locations. The place is clean, staff are polite, and orders are usually fast and accurate. I come here often
