Review summary

What guests say about McDonald's

Reviews are very mixed, with some customers satisfied with the fast service, cleanliness, and the convenience of a quick meal or coffee stop. However, several mention order mistakes, delays, disappointing drive-thru or table service, and a dining room that is sometimes dirty or poorly maintained. Overall, it’s fine for an occasional simple stop, but expect an uneven experience.
