He gave me my burger in 20 seconds it was literally cold and cheese wasn’t melted I gave it back and when he gave it back to me the burger was literally stinking it’s like they did the burger in the microwave. So unprofessional

2026-03-26: If I could rate this place 0, I would. The night staff is undertrained and terrible and don't even seem to understand their own offers or how the app WORKS. We waited over 20 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH trying to get an offer that was 1. Advertised on their screen and 2. NOT COMPLICATED TO UNDERSTAND. We ended up paying almost double what we would have with no resolution from the night manager who tried to gaslight us into thinking we were wrong about the offer advertised. Worst experience of my dame life. --------------------------- They put up cones in the drive through that prevents you from leaving the line. We were stuck in a line for 10 minutes for no reason since the ice cream machine was unoperational. Highly disappointed. edit: a year later, this location has not gotten better. I ordered a mcflurry and received a half full cup of vanilla ice cream with a tablespoon of skor topping. I frequently stop for iced coffees in the morning and get bitter or watery drinks. They never get orders right when you order through apps. It's a complete mess of a location.
Consistently slow and terrible. They'll give you half the fries you ordered. One day I get 4 straws when I didn't order a drink and the other I get none. They just don't care.
Left at the drive through without anyone taking my order . I even saw a vehicle pull up after me yo the left and get served . The speaker I was at I heard orders being taken . When I finally ordered after having to loop around a second time , the African American woman with the blue shirt cause she said she had leave her post . I’ve never had this happen at any McDonalds. She made me repeat my order 4 times . I expect this type of attitude at fast food establishments, making the money the money they make ! Must hate their lives and be totally embarrassed of their job! Horrible customer service, maybe because I’m english . No bilingual signage . Staff at the window this Sunday March 22, 2026 at approximately 9:30 am was really sad. I would not want an employee at my establishment representing my brand like this. Highly manipulative environment!! Pas un location plesible!!
Ordered an iced coffee and found hard black chunks at the bottom of the cup — not coffee grounds. They were solid pieces with no coffee smell. Really concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it at all. This location needs to check their machines. Called and spoke to the manager he told me they can make me one without the chunks in it- yeah no thanks. Maybe clean your machines.
No healthy food if you want to live longer you know what you want to do

They can’t make a simple Moka correctly! Their pinter is always out of paper and now you need to ask for keys to use the washroom. Wow! Even after their renovation this place is still terrible!!! They don’t bother making sure their self serve machines are functional and with printing papers. Their service is very slow. Once again received terrible service!!! Took them literally 15 minutes to serve 3 cars and they didn’t had to remake my burger since they didn’t do anything I asked. The girl taking the order was having severe comprehension issues and had to repeat myself 4 times very very slowly. One of the worst McDonald I’ve ever seen! A bunch of untrained and unmotivated employees that aren’t supervised by serious manager. Often very dirty and messy. The drive thru is extremely slow and they very often makes errors on orders. ** Just went again on a Monday at 05:00 am and they only thing they could sell me was coffee and muffin. *** Went again and terrible service once again!!! People working there are simply the most incompetent workers ever.
Worst service they Park me for a Hamburger ??? Back in the days you dont Park a car for that kind of order
I ordered at the drive through took about 15 minutes from the time i ordered t’il i got my food and this is how i received it… I had asked for crispy but got grilled, the lettuce you see in the picture is all i got with it and the chicken had a burnt taste to it. The only good thing i had to say good about it was the bun. The lady at the paying window doesn’t double check the order just hands you the debit machine without asking if that is how you’re paying. Doesn’t say a word to you and just continues taking orders. In all its not the first time this has happened there but it is the first time I review it.

Nothing particularly different from the other McDonald's locations, but this one holds years of small memories for me. It was my regular stop on the way to pick up my son from kindergarten and elementary school, a familiar place woven into our routine. Coming back now, I realize how much I’ve missed it — not for anything special on the menu, but for the moments it quietly witnessed. I’ll take some photos next time. Update:
