Ordered Tonight On The Mobile Kiosk And They Gave Me Someone Elses Order And Someone Took My Order And Couldnt Verify Because When Im There , There Printers Never Work Because Of No Printer Paper, Pissed Off About It. Wont Be Coming Back

I am not usually a fan of McDonalds but this place exceeded my expectations. My order was taken immediately by a friendly attentive person. It was brought to where we were sitting. The establishment was clean. My burger was hot and juicy with crisp green leaf lettuce and what I ordered on my burger was exactly right ( this rarely happens at other McDonalds).

Seriously awful if I could leave zero stars, I would the food was fine, definitely not made with love. The service was absolutely awful. I asked for sauces at the speaker box. They charged me for it said sauces, when I got my food and didn’t have the sauces I asked at the window for them. The Asian lady with glasses serving me, rolled her eyes and closed the window when she came back she handed me one McChicken sauce I laughed and said fine. Can I have a barbeque sauce as well? She then closed the window a second time without a word. When she came back, she handed to me. I told her to have a nice night. And she slammed the window and turned her back to me.(not a word back) this location has the worst customer service in this entire town if you can avoid it, please do.

absolutely worst location it's either no straws or sauce almost every time, the people who work there you can barely understand most the time. complain about the wage prices but can't even do a simple task like put sauce in a bag. when ordering a kids meal that requires sauce it isn't that hard to put it in the little box.

Everything was good, fast friendly service, but if you don't use up the points you get fast enough they expire. This is a very poor point system, points should not expire!!!!!!

Tried to order on the app and had an error. Was charged but told they didn't have the order and would have to reorder. Problem is I already paid and the coupon was used.

Don't deserve a star at all both my wife and I have food poisoning today lucky I don't sue this is starting to be absolutely terrible in pretty much all locations not to sure why but anyway close your doors and I'm calling a food inspector Tuesday

I get a coffee every morning around 5am and sometimes a breakfast sandwich for the past...well forever, the staff are always very friendly and fast, I don't ever recall a problem with the food. Good work that needed to be noted!!

On January 8, 2026, around 2:30 PM, my friend and I were sitting inside drinking coffee. While we were sitting quietly, an employee, whose name I believe was Queen or Quinn, pointed at us with a negative expression, appearing to question why we were there. When she noticed I saw her, she seemed embarrassed. We were not being disruptive and had purchased coffee, but the behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe this employee could benefit from additional customer service training. Other than this issue, our experience at this location has generally been okay.
