One of the worst McDonald's I've visited around the world . No refill , it cuttelery no napkins, when you ask for it , it's like you're begging . If they franchise manager would.check it , it would be nice
Usually when you get served in the drive thru, it's a hit or miss when it comes to excellent customer service. But with Isyss who works there in one of a kind with the quality of service that she provides. Always welcoming and in a good mood and very thoughtful. She makes sures to remember every little details or my order, every time I pass by the drive thru
Don’t come here after 8pm super slow inside or drive thru…. You’ll end up waiting 20-30 minutes for a basic order, doesn’t matter if it’s just a coffee
Ordered a mcchicken and got salmonella. I survived but kind of sucked ngl will probably not order from here again
The staff is very rude, slow, and unprofessional.
It’s a 24/7 outlet but they don’t even respond to you when you go to the drive thru. I waited for 5mins no one responded, then when I moved forward to leave they tried to call me, when I went back they went silent. The same thing happened to me thrice.

Cold burger, sloppy made and missing fries
Service has been getting out of hand. Order a chicken Big Mac and they give me the box for it but a normal Big Mac inside. With 1 patty???? And the fry container broken, that means it was broke and they threw it in the bag anyways. Gave me one straw for three drinks ??? Stuffs never right when you order it and we pay so much for it unreal
There's something wrong with the people who work here. When ordering burgers (off of Uber Eats), they seem to think it's funny to send the burger with no bun. Just the patty sitting in a container. They've done it the past 3 times now. Nothing in the ad in the app says no bun. Who the hell sells a burger without the bun? So? I got my refund all three times from Uber Eats. Never ordering from this place again. I used to be a regular too, ordering the same thing, until they started pulling this stunt. Oh well.

The lady working was very rude i have door dash order as per instructions i go on the door which was on side of the drive thru and i ring the bell first time no one come then i press 4-5 times she come and said you don’t break the bell just press one time in very rude tone and then she said come from the front door and i go then she was busy and don’t giving the order i ask for the orders then she said its not ready but on app it shows ready and when i ask how much time it will take she said cancel the order and you can but i politely ask again how much time it will take she said ten minutes an then i came . I just want to request the manager or Macdonald that if the person has higher post he or she has a power to disrespect other people or lower people we know we are international student but we are also still peoples
The food was good for what it is and it was relatively clean, but there is not lots of seaing
Pretty much horrible customer service in my life The MANAGER kierby forced me wait for a wrong order for 25 minutes and didn't apologize at all. They made the drive through a joke. If i have a order in drive through, you need to s3rve my food and than the next car They tooked my money and they told me to wait in the parking and never showed up After 20 minutes, i went there to take my cold food but it was wrong too
They really have improved. The staff was very pleasant & they got my meal right!

The food was bad my daughter pancakes were hard my blt bagel was was dry as the desert my fiancees food the hashbrown was rock hard in side the wrap and there was an employee was yelling across the restaurant demanding that his food was prepaired before the customers so unprofessional will not be going back
Got no straw, sprite is SPARKLING WATER, fries were old.
Although it looked like there were many employees, the work efficiency was extremely low and the operation was very chaotic. I ordered a chicken junior sandwich and a coffee, and the waiting time exceeded 20 minutes. It turned out the order had already been prepared, but no staff notified the front counter for pickup. The overall experience was very poor.
I placed an online McDonald’s order for curbside pickup / parking spot delivery. I was with my child, who was sleeping in the car, so I couldn’t leave the vehicle and go inside. I waited about 30 minutes while the restaurant was very busy. Later I found out that the order had been ready for a long time, but no one came out or informed me. When I asked the staff, I was told that I had to pick it up at the counter, and that no one brings orders to the parking area. I finally picked it up myself, but the food was already cold. No one took responsibility — every employee said “it wasn’t me.” Very disappointed with the service. If curbside pickup is offered, it should work as promised, especially for customers with a sleeping child.
