The food was bad my daughter pancakes were hard my blt bagel was was dry as the desert my fiancees food the hashbrown was rock hard in side the wrap and there was an employee was yelling across the restaurant demanding that his food was prepaired before the customers so unprofessional will not be going back

Got no straw, sprite is SPARKLING WATER, fries were old.
Although it looked like there were many employees, the work efficiency was extremely low and the operation was very chaotic. I ordered a chicken junior sandwich and a coffee, and the waiting time exceeded 20 minutes. It turned out the order had already been prepared, but no staff notified the front counter for pickup. The overall experience was very poor.
I placed an online McDonald’s order for curbside pickup / parking spot delivery. I was with my child, who was sleeping in the car, so I couldn’t leave the vehicle and go inside. I waited about 30 minutes while the restaurant was very busy. Later I found out that the order had been ready for a long time, but no one came out or informed me. When I asked the staff, I was told that I had to pick it up at the counter, and that no one brings orders to the parking area. I finally picked it up myself, but the food was already cold. No one took responsibility — every employee said “it wasn’t me.” Very disappointed with the service. If curbside pickup is offered, it should work as promised, especially for customers with a sleeping child.
This is hard to write because it’s clear the staff was extremely overwhelmed and working hard. The service, systems, crowd handling and food were unacceptable to the point where something needs to change — likely from the internal / managerial end as the workers were 👏working👏. This was midday Saturday close to 2pm. The drive through lane is small and was full up to the street. We opted to go inside (mistake, stay in drive thru lane, they seem to prioritize it). Inside were approximately 70 people waiting. Lines were unclear. We ordered through the self-serve machine. Our number popped up on the screen as in progress — there was a section for “about to be served” but it was always blank. Our number then disappeared about 15 minutes later. For the next 20+ minutes (our order took 35), it was unclear if it was coming or not. Lots of burgers were in a row for nearly 15-20 minutes at a time, made but not being served. People who ordered after us were being served first. It seemed random. The food eventually came after a few gentle “where is 1065” reminders from us. It was all cold, including the coffee. Something is not working — this team (which was heavily staffed) is not trained to handle groups anywhere near this large, and that is the fault of internal management for not training them efficiently and/or failing to predict this would happen around the time a bunch of coupons came in the mail. The problem was not production — burgers were made and piling up. It was which burgers went into what bags, drinks being made too early, and stalling / forgetting about things if French fries were missing. A better chain of command needs to run this ship, because it literally sunk and we all drowned ☠️
I was a good client for over a decade and getting food at least 2-3 times a week for me and my friends.. never complained about mistakes and missing items, as mistakes are expected in any business especially with young people working who have many things on their mind.. sometimes I return to have them correct their mistakes if its a big order and without making a big deal out of it and they never minded fixing their mistakes nor questioning, and always showed full trust in me, which I really appreciated! Until.. 3 months ago and unprovoked, with a simple BigMac trio order from my app, I received a BigMac that had a long curly hair in it.. When I opened it up I noticed the patty was charred and broken up in pieces, like they used scraps to make a full one.. I found that absolutely disgusting and my appetite was spoiled.. never ordering a meal at this place ever again.. Been going to this particular drive thru at least 2 times a week, but now I am pursuading all my friends never to eat there... there is some amazingly good staff but only takes one rotten careless person in the kitchen to ruin it for all.. I am still trying to understand why they did something like this to me.. I never complained.. never gave attitude.. is it because I dont speak French?? I mainly used the app as of 2023 so we can have a minimal conversation and avoid mistakes with non English speakers.. so why would they serve me scraps? I rather receive a BigMac with missing patty than something horrendous as that.. the disgust I felt still lingers.. I never complained, even when I had to wait once 1 hour and 20 minutes at the drive thru during night time.. I have understanding.. but if you are angry at your job or understaffed, please dont mess with our food..
