We ordered on ice cream And then on the screen it says it’s already served but they give it to another guy while telling him it’s for us it’s for us, but he didn’t listen and we sold him the receipt and he was like we don’t care where you already served it

I think the image speaks for itself. When I brought it back the guy tells me he thinks it melted into the sandwich.. he ended up giving me another half slice of cheese back. When I opened the boxe it was all scattered over the place. Fix your staff

Mohammed the manager runs a very competent team and restaurant. Its clean and service is prompt and courteous! He is attentive and makes eye! The place is very clean! Nice to see a fast food restaurant that maintains high standards!!

The managers are rude. The food is classic McDonald's but they always Make minimum one mistake. You put no ketchup on your burger. They put extra. You put extra mayonnaise. They put none. It's very disappointing

Disgusting customer service. The person at the window today should not be serving people. 2 out of 4 items were incorrect. window shut on my face rather than apologizing for the incorrect items provided. Need better training or don't hire older people who lack common decency.

We've order off the 5 $ menu and there were missing some food from what we payed off. And then on the other hand the fountain drink taste like nothing it ive order a sprite and ive got this awful taste of tape water. I would recommend a other McDonald's.

First of all, the management team was very rude. I got yelled at just for asking if I could buy something separately, and the manager started talking to me like as if i worked for her with a very disrespectful attitude.Second, on two different occasions I ordered 10 Deluxe Cheeseburgers expecting them all to be made the same way, but only 3 were actually deluxe burgers. The rest were just regular cheeseburgers missing most of the toppings.Also, when I asked for extra mayo packets, I was told, “You already have enough in your bag,” which came across as very disrespectful. Overall, the customer service and consistency were really disappointing.

They don’t listen I was with a friend and I asked for no bacon and they gave me bacon when I’m clearly allergic and my friends dad told them no bacon and they kept coming back saying what did u want on it took them 20 minutes to understand
