The service is bad half of the time i go there. If you are lucky, you food will be ok but don't set your expectation too high.

Drive thru made a mistake and left out an item, ok human error is understandable. Hesham, the so called manager was rude and arrogant, not the 1st encounter with him. He clearly should not be working with the public as he clearly is not a people person. Should be taking responsibility for his incompetent staff and take a course in learning how to deal with people,will not be returning because of him.

This McDonalds staff is so bad. I went to take out some food and I clearly said to the workers i wanted a sprite but they gave me strawberry fruitopia. Then i went again in the drive thru to tell them i wanted a sprite and they changed it. But instead of spirte, it was water. Same thing happened to me while i wanted iced tea but they gave me coca cola. The only good thing about this place is the food.

WATCH OUT FOR MISSING ITEMS ON YOUR ORDER! Imcompetence has a home: mcdonalds Pierrefonds! Went to the drive through. Ordered a $45 lunch. I got all the way home before I saw that my double big mac with double bacon, was a single bigmac without any bacon in a double bigmac box. So I went back and returned the defective order and asked to be reimbursed. Then I went to MARATHON SOUVLAKIS and got a FABULOUS lunch for $37, 20% tip included Moral of this story is: mcdonalds serve OVERPRICED INCOMPETENCE!

Cold pancakes,no requested syrup, tasted bad, fries were saggy too. First time having a problem with the food here!
