Very disappointing experience. After we placed our order and started eating, the waitress told us that we had to leave the restaurant before finishing our meal because they needed the table and there were no more available seats. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Customers should never be asked to leave in the middle of their meal. We felt rushed, uncomfortable, and disrespected. I do not recommend this place.

Worst McDonald's ever. Worst customer service, speed and atmosphere. Bad management, year after year. Edit: 7 years later, still as bad if not worse!!!

They refuse to offer any refills whatsoever. Kind of a joke, never been refused a refill at mcds and most have self serve options (this one doesn’t)!

I’ve never seen a McDonald’s like this. No paper on the tray, the orange juice was basically water, and after waiting forever to get it replaced, they gave me apple juice. Extreme cost-cutting.

Update: You pay for extra Mayo at this location Found out about their 1 cup free refill a few days back. Was having coffee at 12:45AM on a wednesday with two friends. Asked for a refill, only to be told that it is only available between 5AM until 11AM(still have to be verified if this is true) Logically speaking if their breakfast is served all day long shouldn't the free refill be all day as well? In addition, if this location is stingy with their coffee at 1AM then whoever drinks their coffee at 2AM will be served sedimented sludge that is neither fresh nor "McCafé" worthy. Should you find yourself at this location after 1AM, I strongly suggest to step backwards and walk to always fresh Tim Hortons a mere few meters away. If not, the other much nicer less stingier to their clients, customer service driven Mc Donalds up the hill on Jean Brillant next to Côte-des-Neiges metro station is not so far.

Pretty clean place from what I saw. They forgot to give me my drink and my pie. The chicken sandwich looked burnt, but taste was alright. Update 2026 January 21 Had the new double cheesy melt pretty boring burger dont recommend it

My friend ordered chicken sandwich and halfway through noticed the chicken was raw. The staff confirmed it was raw, but the manager refused to give a refund, claimed it wasn’t raw, blamed the sauce, and made it seem we’re trying to get free food. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and careless.

Ordered on the machine for eating at the restaurant, after 15 minutes waiting and after asking they gave it to me in bag. It was ready they just forgot all that time to just hand it. I moved to have a sit, all tables were dirty (sauce level) so I had to come back for a plate. I had cold finally cold fries, sandwich & a flat diluted soda. Ps: there was also a couple sitting next behind with a dog licking on the table for a long time. I even have a picture but you disabled photo uploading 👍

I really don’t make bad review but this time. it was utterly unacceptable! I was eating my chicken burger. almost 70-80% way through, i noticed that chicken was RAW. I reported to the manager but he argued back saying i already ate it and was looking for trouble. I am utterly shocked by the professionalism of this manager. A simple apology would’ve went much better than this. Imagine i got salmonella?!

It's McDonald's, so expect a very regular McDonald's meal. The place was very poorly maintained. Trays on a lot of the tables, trash bins over flowing, and trash on the floor. Just a bit pf a big mess today!
