Clean restaurant, but orders take quite a while to come out despite an empty restaurant. The staff is friendly, but on their phones a lot.

It should be open 24 hours, passed by around 4 am today, they were closed, asked in how many minutes they are going to be opened, they answered Je ne sais pas Good job team, keep continuing providing great service On top of that, person on service doesn’t understand English at all, i did not have a problem in understanding her French, but at least on shift people should be able to understand normal English

This is a typical McDonals, so it has bathrooms, self-service and same menu. What makes it special is that it is generally clean, somewhat fast service and is rarely that crowded since it has a big dinning space. It also has a parking lot but it has limited spots

Order the new sandwich mc extrême pulled pork in trio in the sandwich there was no pork juste patty salade and the sauce plus in my trio order spicy chicken poutine and there was no chicken in my poutine and I ask for a mcdoubke no pickle and mustard but they still put it in no more going to this mcdo this one is the worst mc do I been

Got late night drive through. Guy with glasses there doesn’t understand english. I proceed to speak french. I ordered a burger from the world menu and asked for TRUFFLE mayo. He gives me normal menu and dips. I go back through drive through and ask for truffle mayo both in french and english it took 30 seconds for this guy to understand what im talking about and he tries to gaslight me saying i never asked for truffle mayo just normal mayo. Anyways, he says he doesnt have it. Not knowing whether or not he’s been truthful or lazy, I order it online and pull up at the window. He tells me he didn’t have it, gave me attitude and refused to refund me for the truffle mayo…

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with no pickles, mustard, or ketchup, and a grilled chicken poutine. The burger was UNDERCOOKED , missing half a patty, and had the wrong toppings, while the poutine was drowning in sauce and missing green onions. Additionally, instead of a large Sprite without ice, I received two medium Sprites with ice. This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever tried. like i know it’s a fast food location it messes sometimes orders but undercooked??? It was RAW

No idea why this McDonald's has such a low rating, we were here late night and everything was fine, at least not worse than in big ones in daytime. Food was standard, service was not bad at all.

Well it's 3:18 am pulled up at the drive through and I'm being told they're closed. All the signage say 24 hr drive, all the lights are on. I'm confused...

Almost every morning that I order coffee it disappears but I don't receive the order like I didn't order in the first place. The staff also very unfriendly and treat you like you've done something nasty to them the other day, even if it's their first time meeting you. Don't like to begin my day like this.

As an ex-McDonald's floor manager... Jun2026 update. Drive-thru service has improved lately. I was not sent to the waiting area of the parking recently. Nov2024 update... The owners' behavior towards clients is still the worst imho. Nothing has changed. For a simple burger ordered at the window they tell you to go wait in the parking lot (and wait more than 20 minutes). Horrible, horrible, horrible. I believe this is a franchise and there should be no excuses for restaurant owners to so poorly regard their clients. Shame on them and shame on McDonald's Canada for letting its name being tarnished by such poor management and doing nothing. 15sept2023 Worst service as usual. I order a simple BLT bagel + hash brown and coffee. Drive-in wait (order+window) 6 min. But they tell me to go wait in the parking... I waited 10+ min. Then i went inside to ask for my order... Waited another 2 min in line to get it. TOTAL 18 MINUTES for a simple breakfast meal. YOU GO TO A FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT AND YOU GET SERVED FASTER!! This location really does not get that McDonald's clients pay more in order to get "fast" food... This is a real joke. Thing is... i live right next door and sometimes i do not have much choice but to come here... And again, they did not give me my bill because i am pretty sure they punched my order as "completed" in order not to look slow towards the headquarters. :-( 09sept2023 Worst of the worst. And they seem to remove your order from the waiting screen in order to make McDo believe they served you faster. We came at 8h35 for a simple happy meal and waited 15 minutes. 17Jan2023 15h45: Ordered 20 nuggets... got 19. Who's going to go back to get a nugget back? It is still 5% of the price and they are more expensive than McDo StMichel. This McDonald's franchise doesn't get better. Definite lack of training or supervision of their staff in quality control and client satisfaction. I feel like they just don't care. Oct 2021: flavour of the month : the McBurnt? See picture. You should not deliberately choose to serve such burnt products to clients... Ever. Aug2021: ordered a coffee and apple pies at drive-in... Only after having paid they tell me there is no more apple pies. The girl asks me if i want a muffin instead. I accept. The floor manager in the back makes a pissed off face and pissed off sound. Then a few seconds later she gives me some change back. I believe it is for the price difference. Then she tells me on an unacceptable tone of voice: "What are you still doing here? I have given you your money back!" I replied politely "yes but i still don't have the muffin...". Then she says: "But we don't have muffins left". And then i see and hear the floor manager in the back yelling: "What is he still doing there?". Totally unacceptable. Dec 2020 to May 2021: the drive-in strategy here often seems to make you wait to take your order until the car in front has paid and been fully served... Maybe a strategy to show McDonald's Canada that they are faster than they are? Oct 2018: on a Saturday night, 18h45, after a wait of 10 minutes for our order, they say they don't have BigMac sauce to make burgers! June 2018: ordered a BLT with grilled chicken but found at home i was served the fried chicken. October 2017: ordered a thai burger... but got served a burger with no thai sauce in it. When bringing back the burger, i am told: "there is no thai sauce in the thai burger because we have no thai sauce left in the restaurant" So you serve plain burgers to clients without informing them of that fact!??? Been leaving next door for 20 years and this place doesn't change. The worst McDonald's i have been for quality, service and clealiness in Canada and USA.

Order a chicken poutine. And this what i get. Classic poutine and doesn’t look like classic poutine. I get there 4,5 times. And this is the last time. Sorry they are not worth it. Please don’t go there. Thanks
