A cashier wasn’t being for impatient and gave me three cold fries in row! Never happened to me before. I won’t be coming back to this McDonalds especially.

Worst customer service ever at a Mc Donald's as far as I can tell. We said we had a physical coupon at the drivethru, the girl opened the window and handed the payment terminal as if we didn't mention we had a coupon. We would have paid double the price... She didn't say Hi, bye, you have a good dinner, didn't talk to tell us the price when handing the terminal both times... you know like the basics of customer service. If at least she served us without her annoyed face throughout the interaction. I'm pretty sure a robot would have easily done much better. It looks bad for the McDonald's brand. (Jan 17th 2026 at around 11pm)

Nothing is right about this location… food, management and service … waited there for almost 20 to get served but still nobody comes to serve and manager was telling come work if you want to get served early …. That is actually ridiculous
