Rude manager! They screwed up on my order twice. Ordered dbl hamburger takeout. When I got home ,was only 1 patty. I tried calling few times but they never pickup. So I had to travel back to complain. I never received an apology. All I got was a free coupon for next time. I would have loved an apology , cause it's free. It seems the manager had too much pride. McDonald's need to hire a more mature and experienced person.
