Ordered food. It was fine. Asked for them to refill my large cup with JUST WATER. The woman working first yelled no and then said she’ll give me a small cup of water. She then proceeded to ignore me. I left after 25 mins of waiting for a CUP OF WATER. UNACCEPTABLE!

Drive true in line my turn they pass 2 other client other side when I tell her it my turn you pass 2other in my place she says I could leave then a lot of time I go get fries are not cooked no repesct any more and we pay big money

Rude manager! They screwed up on my order twice. Ordered dbl hamburger takeout. When I got home ,was only 1 patty. I tried calling few times but they never pickup. So I had to travel back to complain. I never received an apology. All I got was a free coupon for next time. I would have loved an apology , cause it's free. It seems the manager had too much pride. McDonald's need to hire a more mature and experienced person.
