I just don't understand the workers there (students I reckon), just chilling and chit-chatting, not taking their jobs seriously. It does not take that long to get a hamburger and a combo with chicken nuggets served. I ordered for take-out but I wanted to verify before leaving that all the food was there. They forgot the medium fries so when I went back to the counter and asked them politely (in French) for the fries, the guy looked annoyed as if it was my fault. Didn't apologize, didn't say a single word. I took the bag to my car to eat. He gave me small fries that was only half filled. And for the chicken nuggets, you get 2 sauces. I only got 1 out of 2 in my bag. But at the point, I was too irritated to go back and complain.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake, pretty sure they got lost and filled it up with strawberry and covered the top with chocolate one…

I like this place because you know what you're going to get every time. It is consistent. I ordered the same thing every day and every time I enjoy it. The drinks are good. The food is good and the fries are amazing. Some of the best I have ever had.

I bought a hamburger NHL meal i’m supposed to have a stick inside. I took the order put it in my seat and left then I start eating then I look inside. I don’t have my hockey stick play almost $30 for that specifically because I wanted to buy this stick either I want my money back or I need a stick.

Ive come to realize that during the day, its less crowded and pretty quiet. The worker getd the job finished in not so long, but during the afternoon, I admit it gets crowded and it can be overwhelming for the workers so they may tend to take time for orders, so if you don't mind about crowd you could go at anymore, and if you like to keep your peace, I would recommend to go during the morning
