Brutal, took 15 minutes for nuggets and fries. I wanted a sprite but they never bother changing the syrup so I got flavoured water. Tried the other one and got cloudy water (I work with these machines regularly in my job and they shouldn't be cloudy it's actually concerning). Brought this to the attention of the staff but they genuinely couldn't care less. I'd recommend taking a walk a few minutes to the nearest alternative location it's worth the extra walk compared to this place.

Workers were handing food without gloves. The hamburger had 1 piece of tomato, that looked noticeably bad and tasted sour.

This is just crazy LMAO I want there for an Iced Coffee. I selected SS = Sans Sucres (no sugar). I get it, taste it. IT WAS SO SWEET. So I asked the manager who asked the girl who did it what happened. And the girl was thinking that « SS » meant SUPPLEMENT SUCRES. SO MORE SUGAR. Oh god.

ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee and didnt get a receipt from the machine. i go to the counter and the screen shows the order is in progress, after a couple of minutes it disappears but the order still isnt out, so i go to the counter and ask, the girl says its not ready yet. i stand there for like 10 minutes and they just keep giving their orders to people who ordered after... and at this point i had to leave because i was afraid of missing my train :( so slow and inefficient

The atmosphere was nice, better than the service and food because it was a bit careless, but fast food is fast food. 3 stars for food and service and 4 for atmosphere.
