I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I understand that this is a physically demanding job, and I work in customer service myself, so I would never treat people the way they have treated me. I know there will always be passing customers because of the location and convenience — but you’re almost guaranteed a bad experience. I work in the area, and it’s always something. They urgently need training in ethics and customer service. The attitude is consistently dismissive and sometimes openly mocking. Even when you thank them, they never say “you’re welcome” under any circumstances. I usually just order a coffee frappé, yet the wait time — even during slow hours — can be 30 minutes or more. I’ve been handed my drink with a smirk after long waits. Some cashiers are more openly rude than others; the rest are calmer but still unfriendly. They’ve made mistakes with my order before and laughed among themselves instead of apologizing. The dining area often feels neglected and poorly supervised, and it attracts people causing disturbances, which staff ignore. On one occasion, I found a seat covered in urine; when I politely mentioned it, they wiped it quickly and insisted it was juice. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back, but last night was the final straw. After another long wait, they gave me the wrong size. I didn’t complain because, at this point, I genuinely don’t feel comfortable doing so.
