Not actually 24hrs. Closed at 03:21 with about 20 people inside. Staff were having to unlock the door to let out each patron they locked inside.

This McDonalds is always super busy as it faces the Bell Centre, and tonight was no exception. We were tens of thousands in the streets cheering on the Habs, watching it all on the big screen in front of McDonalds. When we went in to order ice creams, the line was down the street, but the employees dealt with the huge crowd politely, with smiles and very efficiently. Bravo Brittney and to everyone who was behind the counter.

Bag was missing a sandwich, tissues and ketchup. I ordered two sandwiches and asked for ketchup... ... the employees didnt miss a text message on their phones at all tho!

I dont lexpect much from this place, but the egg in my breakfast sandwich was not cooked and the coffee tasted awful. Its not hard guys, come on.

Customer service is a joke. My friend stood at the cash register for multiple minutes while a staff member looked at her multiple times and didn’t acknowledge us. Multiple staff had their back turned against us and then after several minutes someone finally helped her.

Ordered unsalted fries, ten nuggets, and a McFlurry. Fries were very salty and old that I couldn’t eat more than a few. The nuggets were also very old and hard and I could finish them. My McFlurry wasn’t bad until I hit the bottom and that was a massive hard ball. In the photo you’ll see fries dumped into the bag. There was a box for them, however they were placed upside down and all the fries had already been completely emptied from the box.

If we hadn't checked the bag to make sure the order was correct we wouldn't have has fries. They didn't put them in the bag.

Says it closes at 11 but it closes at 10:45. Be aware. Worst service, got denied at the door.

They're incredibly awful at customer service; they make faces at you if they make a mistake. It hasn't just happened once; it's happened several times.
