Horrible customer service. Every time I ordered online through Uber the food is never fresh. And I called in to request to put fresh food this time and explained the situation but the lady said that there are many orders (32) and there is not much she can do, the only thing she could have said instead of this was just assuring that the food is always fresh and not to worry. Does this mean that if someone has 32 or one order the food is given expired?? What kind of an answer is this?? I also requested for someone who can speak English but she said we only speak French even though she clearly understood what I am saying and everything, such a lie. This happened today at 7pm (June 1st)

Went to this McDonalds to try the new Chicken BigMac. After opening my order, i was distraught to see my chicken big mac was actually a normal big mac! Thankfully, upon informing the kind gentleman at the front, he apologized and promptly swapped it out for a fresh chicken big mac and even brought it to my table when it was ready. The chicken big mac was delicious. The windows provide nice light and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I would come back.

Consistently Poor Service – Not What You Expect from McDonald’s 🚫 This location has repeatedly failed to deliver even the most basic level of service. I’ve placed several mobile orders through the McDonald’s app, and unfortunately, every time something has been wrong. On one visit, I ordered a smoothie and received a large chocolate milkshake instead — not a small mistake, but a completely different item. Issues with drinks and order accuracy seem to be common here rather than rare. 🥤❌ The wait times are another serious issue. I placed a mobile order at 10:00 PM and didn’t receive it until 10:40 PM after being stuck in the drive-thru the entire time. Forty minutes for fast food is unreasonable, especially late at night when it isn’t peak rush hour. ⏳🚗 To make matters worse, the location seems to close unpredictably, making it unreliable. Customers expect consistency from a global brand — this branch does not provide that. The service attitude has also been disappointing. Communication has been difficult at times, and interactions have felt dismissive rather than customer-focused. Professionalism and courtesy should be standard. 🙅♂️ When mistakes happen once, it’s understandable. When they happen repeatedly across multiple visits, it points to deeper management and operational problems. Until significant improvements are made in training, efficiency, and customer service, this location cannot be recommended.
