I come often to this mcdo is close to my school, always busy but the manager Rupinder she is another level, most of the employees who work here at morning shifts are awesome, always working hard with all the bunch of orders they have, hope you keep the amazing service you always have. thanks

Service is always quick and drive thru seems to move pretty fast Edit: the new workers seem lazy to the point that my junior chickens came without the third ingredient... lettuce how is it that much of a chore to do your jobs properly...

Absolutely terrible experience at McDonald’s. As a DoorDash driver, this location is a complete waste of time. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and had zero respect for drivers. I was left waiting with no updates, and when I asked about the order, the response was dismissive and disrespectful. It honestly felt like they don’t care at all about delivery drivers or customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to step in because this place is hurting both drivers and customers with this attitude and poor service.

This place doesn’t do order online and pick up onsite, so I had to come onsite to order. Then I waited 30 min for my order, they’re not even that busy. There are only 1-2 people waiting alongside me. Then it turned out they missed the biggest and most expensive item in my order. ⁉️they need 30 min to do what? Obviously not to prepare any order

No cashiers. If you’re not pre-ordering, or planning to use cash, forget it. Maybe they employ a cashier during peak hours, but if it’s after 7, you’re out of luck. It’s also dirtier than most.

I came here at 1:10 AM March 16 to pick up an Uber Eats order. The service was appalling. While both staff members were unprofessional, the female employee was particularly rude and hostile. She had a terrible attitude and treated me with zero respect. It’s unacceptable to face such aggression when just trying to do a pickup. Management needs to look into the night shift staff (specifically the woman on duty tonight).

One of the best McDonald's locations in montreal. Great staff, great management with an amazing kids play area. My only qualm is that they don't give free refills on the drinks anymore lol

Half the time my order's perfect and the other half it's a failure. There's just no middle ground with them. Open up your burgers to check inside every time before you leave tomake sure it's exactly as you ordered.
