Ordered grilled chicken wrap, got breaded/fried. Ordered a hamburger with no cheese. Got a cheeseburger. The toilets were ALL dirty. Otherwise the food was standard quality and inside it was tidy and neat (except for the bathrooms).

My order was correct and it was actually fresh!!! Didn't seem it sat there for 1 hour in heating tray..Car service, either the girl didn't speak French or English well or there was something wrong with the intercom, had to repeat my self over and over.

I want to express my gratitude for the consistently great and quick service here. The entire team is professional, respectful, and incredibly efficient. What truly sets this location apart is the warm, friendly greeting I receive on every visit. This is easily the best McDonald’s I’ve been to! Thank to you Amal and to your team

Went to this McDonald’s location after placing an order through the app and successfully paying, but the store was completely closed when I arrived. It is unacceptable that the system shows the restaurant as open and still allows customers to place and pay for orders when it is not operating. This caused a waste of time and a very frustrating experience. Management seriously needs to fix their operating hours and system synchronization.

💯 Amazing manager and staff. Best service we’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The team was so friendly, nice and polite, and went the extra mile to serve us.

Overall it’s a good McDonald’s location! Good hardworking staff. But there’s many times where the burger meat is not fresh (lately always around super time 5pm). Please if the meat is dark brown dry and sitting there, just throw it out and make a fresh batch. It’s ruining the experience.

You can definitely tell the management invests in training their employees. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. It completely takes the stress out of the visit when you know you are in good hands.

Avoid like always the service industry is at its all time low In quality. They dont know the basic rules of cooking chicken... or fries... but friends dont get you as sick undercooked

Im not usually someone who complains, but truly my experience here is not the best. I went to the drive through to order my meal, the clerk asked me i I had a code, which i said yes and then no one answered me for a good while until a different person came. I gave my order clearly including everything, but i had to say it repeatedly because they kept asking things that had nothing to do with my order. What's worse is that the drive through machines which tells you your order did not work so I had no idea what I was paying or what he was putting my order in and in the end I ended up getting the wrong food. I aware that people have bad days and want to be done with their days, and that at the end of the day it is simply a McDonald order, but I probably won't go through that drive through again.
