I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I ordered a chicken bacon wrap to take away. However, when I arrived home and opened the package, I discovered that I had been given a vegetable wrap instead. I find this level of service unacceptable, as customers should be able to trust that they will receive the items they have paid for. Receiving an entirely different product from the one ordered is frustrating and disappointing, especially when the mistake is not discovered until after leaving the establishment. Unfortunately, this experience has negatively affected my impression of your business, and I will be reconsidering returning in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to prevent similar mistakes from happening to other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This place is always dirty, they are way understaffed, their order kiosks rarely works, the staff is friendly, but they are overwhelmed due to very poor management.

I just order a trio big mac and the payment machine robbed my money and the staff didnt even give me a refund please fix your payment machine or write (out of order)if its broken. Never happened that after the payment the machine shut down and cancelled my order after the payment horrible service

This is one of those places that if you see the reviews are low, trust the reviews and don't eat here because this McDonald's should be a 1 star at most. Their service is always so insanely slow and it seems like they don't understand half the stuff you ask them at the counter. Today I ordered pickup so my brother got the food and came back home. Our drinks were supposed to be strawberry fruitopia, but it was straight up water. It was red, but no taste whatsoever. If they're using these automated drink dispensers, do they know when there's nothing left in it? Or do they just not want to do their job? Wasted money.

Extremely slow and disorganized service. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple order, and it honestly seemed like nobody knew what they were supposed to be doing. There was very little coordination behind the counter, orders were not being handled in any clear order, and the whole operation looked chaotic. For a McDonald’s, the waiting time was unacceptable. Food was not fresh, drinks really bad. This location seriously needs better organization, training, and management. Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.

Waited 20 minutes after arriving when the order was made ahead of time in the app. There were at least 10 people waiting between customers and uber drivers, and only two employees. Terribly slow

I recently went to see my friend..the moment I get in there is someone standing there asking me do you want to sponsor. I don't know why McDonald management didn't notice this. She is asking everyone one after another. Not for kids for her. I feel bad for the Lady but she should find another work or something. No offence budget living people only goes to McDonald. Even I sponsored she is still asking me other people. I really don't get. When I spoke to my friend. He told me she literally there everyday. I think she should ask for job in that McDonald since she knew everyone working there for sure. Hope she find a good job.

Before the breakfast rush, do not go there in a rush. You might wait 15-20 minutes for a simple breakfast and part of your order might be wrong.

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was extremely dirty, especially the washroom and the floors. There was a strong urine smell throughout the area, which made the whole place feel very unhygienic. Cleanliness should be a basic priority, especially in a restaurant. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the sanitation standards.

Mcdonalds has fallen so far. Even the breakfast is barely edible anymore. Kiosk ordering always gets it right. No self serve soda, its automated filling. There is a lot of seating.

On Monday June 29 from 9 to 9:40 pm, my boyfriend and I came to the location in Mall Champlain, brossard (2151 Boul. Lapinière Local F57, Brossard, Quebec J4W 2T5). We ordered at 9:06 and got our food at 9:30 and there was barely any clients. We put on the locator to have table service, but they gave us the food for takeout at the counter. A short obese long brown-haired girl with glasses gave me the food without even looking at me, i asked where our mcflurry was and she replied « i’ll go get you it » madly. When we sat down, we realized the food was poorly made, our drinks were just fizzy water (we asked for sprite), the mcflurry was half empty, the fries were dry and unsalted, and our burgers were missing ingredients. When we went to the counter to ask to get our drinks remade, the woman and a tall brown haired guy were avoiding us for about ten minutes. When the guy came to see us, he didn’t even want to look or speak at us. A client next to us also asked for his coffee to be remade and the same employee looked at him pissed off. This whole interaction ruined our night, and it isn’t the first time I live a situation like this at this Mcdonald’s. Back in November 2025, I came around 6 pm on a weekday and got my food around 40 minutes after I ordered and it was cold and very poorly made.

Every single time I order from this McDonalds there’s a problem. In store and through uber/doordash. The food isn’t fresh, there’s always something missing in the order , the hamburgers are missing the regular toppings just a mess. Hopefully management sees this and does better.

I drove to this location to pick up an Uber order after it was accepted in the app. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed. The situation cost me approximately one hour of my time, including driving and gas. I asked to speak with the night shift manager, but they did not come to speak with me. Staff told me the tablet accepts orders automatically, but my understanding is that orders normally require manual acceptance. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

Living close to Mall Champlain for 30 years, my wife and I were thrilled when this location opened. Almost always we order to take out as to eat at home. Never an issue with the quality of the food. I had left a fairly negative review due to the coldness of the counter staff. It would be nice when I greet them or thank them that I would get a response. There are a few that do but most of the morning regulars do not. One middle aged man who works there is very nice and keeps things moving.
