I was not a fan of this place, and always had to wait 15+ minutes before even being acknowledged. In fact, I loathed the place, but I have to say the new management and employees have been killing it recently. Good shit. Keep it up fam. Truly, the difference has been staggering, hence me taking the time to write this out. Thank you for saving this little McD's and offering late night food in the area!

Every order whether through the app, in store or Uber Eats has multiple missing items/ingredients. Will go out of my way to go to a different McDonald's in the future.

Takes 20 minutes for a 6 piece chicken nugget . All they do is talk in the back and move extremely slow this is horrible.

Food is fine. The service is horrible. Hamburgers are thrown together. Waited 15 minutes for a milkshake and nor because there was a lineup. Very disorganized kitchen staff with an obvious lack of supervision

My order was incorrect this morning, and the way it was handled was disappointing. The manager appeared confused, didn’t apologize, and dropped my food on the tray. I’ve worked in this industry and know it can be hectic, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. I left feeling undervalued.

I cant speak for other people but personally i came here for the first time the other day, on a morning of a weekday and despite the long queue of people ordering their meals and coffees… mine was ready very fast and they even honoured the morning special. And also, i saw the staff sweeping the floor and then mopping, they make an effort of cleaning the restaurant properly, so it’s commendable. Special shoutout to the manager with glasses who works on Fridays, he is on the ball for the orders and very professional and courteous to customers even though he was under a lot of pressure as there are like 20 orders waiting in the queue. Someone should give that man a raise! 😄

For 2 days in a row, waiting in line for 15 minutes to order food, no luck! The guy in front of the machine at the counter doesn’t know what he is doing.

Their coffee recently is like brewing 2 times black water. Service a little bit slower than normal.
