Get your McDonald’s sandwiches before entering the US or the International gates. The price is reasonable. That’s the last chance you get good cheap fast food before going to the gates. If you don’t want to pay $4-$5 for a bottle of water, ask them for an ice water. You will get a larger cup for free.
