Amazing food, flavours and textures. Locally sourced and perfectly arranged. Each bite is an adventure. Small seasonal menu with craft beer and delicious cocktails. Close to bike path and 20 minutes from Hudson

It is always such an amazing culinary experience when Natasha is in the kitchen. I have had the privilege of dining at a few restaurants with Natasha at their helm, but experiencing it in her own restaurant was a truly special experience. My friend and I dined at Mati Bistro Chic last night and every bite was better than the next. Everything was plated in such a gorgeous and artful way without being pretentious or obnoxious, the food was so delicious and perfectly prepared, the restaurant itself was clean and well taken care of and our server always managed to check on us at just the right moment. 10/10 experience and I can't wait to go back again and again!
