I had such an exquisite dining experience here. I made a reservation for the chef’s tasting at the chef’s counter, and from the moment I arrived, the team already knew my name and immediately seated me. Sitting at the counter gives you an intimate view into everything happening in the kitchen. The energy was fast-paced and precise—it honestly felt like I was inside an episode of The Bear. The chef curated an incredible five-course tasting, and the sommelier paired each course with wines that complemented everything perfectly. I won’t even try to list every dish because I honestly don’t remember them all. The menu isn’t fixed, and I imagine each experience is a little different. I was too busy enjoying every bite and soaking in the experience to focus on memorizing details. Ken took exceptional care of me from start to finish, making sure I was comfortable and that every course met the moment. The chef also came over to chat, which made the experience feel even more personal. The bar was already high, and Marcus exceeded it.
Tough as nails filet mignon that cost an arm. Subpar service: polite but slow and inattentive. Nice restaurant but overpriced for what it is.

The food and service are spectacular however, it is quite expensive, and what you order makes a big difference. The first time I went, the food was quite unpleasant, so choosing the right dishes really matters.
Amazing experience from beginning to end ❤️ My sister and I came for my birthday dinner and we genuinely felt treated like princesses all night!! Every single server was kind, attentive and welcoming. One of the servers even let us taste different wines since we weren’t sure what to choose, which was such a sweet touch! I also have severe nut and peanut allergies, and for the first time ever at a restaurant, I truly felt safe eating. The servers and chefs took my allergies seriously with so much care and kindness, and they even made me a dessert I could safely enjoy!! It honestly meant so much to me because I’m usually too scared to order dessert anywhere. The food, service and atmosphere were all incredible. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special ❤️
Marcus at the Four Seasons is where I'd go to find my future ex-wife if my drop-shipping empire took off — the kind of room where everyone looks like they just walked out of a casting call for HBO's The White Lotus. I saw more eye candy in two hours than I have in twenty Drake music videos. If you're looking to brunch in style and rub elbows with Montreal's finest baddies while pretending you didn't just check your bank account in the Uber on the way over, Marcus is IT. Let us turn our attention to the cinnamon rolls, which appear innocently on the brunch dessert menu as if they are not about to commit a federal crime against your self-control. These are not cinnamon rolls. These are what would happen if Cinnabon went to finishing school in Paris, married into old money, and never looked back. Warm, glazed like a Brazzers movie, architecturally swirled, and so dangerously good that I genuinely considered asking if I could order a second round and pretend the first one never happened. Cinnabon built an empire on cinnamon rolls served in airport food courts next to a Taco Bell. Marcus serves theirs in a Four Seasons dining room overlooking Golden Square Mile alongside people who moisturize professionally. The gap is spiritual. You're paying for the ambiance as much as the avocado toast — but when the ambiance includes this food, this service, and this concentration of beautiful people per square foot, it's not a brunch, it's an investment in your self-esteem.
It’s so rude for a waitress to stop me and my friend at the elevator asking whether we had paid the bill — when we had already paid a long time ago. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and honestly made the whole dining experience feel uncomfortable. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

We weren't staying at this hotel, but popped in for a drink before dinner and sat at the bar. The passion fruit cocktail was very good and so was the Amber beer. Service was decent. I liked the complimentary almonds and olives. This is a busy spot, so it can be a bit loud with the talking and the music they have playing. Overall, my experience was that the drinks here were good, but overpriced. Saying that, I will not be surprised if my wife suggests we return for another one of those passion fruit cocktails.

Poor service & tasteless food !
Showed up for a 915 reservation and the table wasn't ready. So they asked us to go have drinks in the lounge while we wait. The wait ended up being an hour. We weren't happy at all as there was no gesture to make it right.... Until the end. And they definitely did make it right. Service food and ambiance here are incredible from start to finish. Will definitely be returning.
I’ve been to this place multiple times, and unfortunately the service from the bartender has been consistently disappointing. Each time, I’ve had to wait 15–20 minutes just to receive a menu, even while standing directly in front of him. I’ve noticed that I was being ignored despite being clearly visible. When I finally asked for a menu, the response was cold and unwelcoming. This kind of attitude has happened on several occasions, which makes the experience feel disrespectful and uncomfortable. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected, and sadly that has not been my experience here. If You don’t like your job. DONT WORKK!!!!!
Pricey and portions are tiny. Service was fine.
The music was too loud, making it difficult to have a comfortable conversation. The food was very average and didn’t stand out given the price point. The ambiance also felt a bit off and not as refined or cohesive as expected. Decent experience, but not one I would rush to repeat.

We had dinner table 6 people, salmon and Tuna Tartar was amazing, BURRATA was ok , Tomato salad was testeless with cheap ingredients nothing special, Lamb chop Honestly one of the worst meals I’ve had.was cold, greasy, and completely lack of seasoning. Too expensive for experience.
Gilberto was the best guest service ambassador!!! Sherif and Alex were top service upon our arrival to the hotel!!
I really recommend ordering the Dover Sole and Truffle Pasta!
My friend and I went to the restaurant yesterday and ordered salmon and chicken. Unfortunately, after returning home we both started feeling very sick. My stomach and heart were hurting and I ended up vomiting, and my friend still feels unwell today. It seems like we may have gotten food poisoning. The food was also very ordinary for such an expensive restaurant. That being said, the service was excellent. The waiter and waitress were both very kind, friendly, and attentive. However, I am very disappointed that a restaurant that presents itself as luxurious and charges high prices does not seem to provide food of the quality and safety that customers should expect.
The food is just okay, but way overpriced. The service was poor and inattentive—our server kept pushing the most expensive dishes and urging us to order more. The lounge wasn’t nice either, and the drinks were terrible. I ordered two cocktails for $60, but only managed to drink a quarter of them because they tasted so bad I couldn’t finish. The DJ was also bad; the music was dull and lifeless. I will never be coming back.
