Reviews / Ratings for Marci Restaurant
The atmosphere, service and food were phenomenal. Great place to get a bottle of wine and yap with the girlies. 🌟 (Not pictured, the charred broccoli was a fan fav at our table! Def give it a try)
Amazing spot. We tried it for the first time and will absolutely becoming back. Mostly writing this to give recognition to the fast service, we had appetizer main and a dessert all within an hour, and the resto was busy. We sat at the cute two person table upstairs, much preferred over a bar, and the server was really nice and chill. The vibe is really nice in the restaurant and the food was really amazing. Definitely recommend. It seemed busy so definitely have a reservation
Yall got me hooked on the secret menu caesar salad what an absolute banger of a spot i love marci
Accommodating to Celiac/Gluten Allergies :)
Took a reservation for 2 on monday night, at first was offered the bar but then moved to a table when i asked. The waitress was very kind and knowledgeable, the service is simple and adequate. We started with the recommended brocoli appetizer, i recommend it, it was the right crunch and the right sauce to balance the dish. The "salade amere" was nice in terms of fruits and vegetables well paires, but too heavy on the mayo for my taste. So no The martini pizza for me was a highlight, its done just right and i would go back just for that ! Yes yes & yes We also had the beef diane .... its good dont get me wrong, but steak & sauce & a litlle mushroom for 28$ ... i was expecting more. Im not mad about it but still i was expecting more, so no. We finished with the veal ragù pasta which for me is another highlight ! Great flavor, aldente pasta ( is it fresh made ?! ) overall a yes for me. Absolute yes Finished with the chocolate mousse ( ganache) my date enjoyed every bite ! I would go back for the private cozy ambiance, the good service and the overall good food and experience. Good date spot.
Very cool lookin place with limited menu which means they focus on quality versus quantity. Our meals were delicious. The staff weregreat
Marci has been all over my feed lately on social media lately, so I had to see if the hype was real. After visiting on a packed Wednesday night, I’d say it’s a bit of a mixed bag, but definitely worth a visit if you go in with the right strategy. The Atmosphere & Service: First off, the decor and vibes are 10/10. It’s moody, beautiful, and feels like the place to be in Montreal right now. Our waiter was incredibly kind and gave us some solid advice on the menu! One heads-up: The space isn't huge and because it’s so popular with groups, the noise levels were a bit bothersome. It can get quite loud, making it a bit hard to hear each other across the table. Pro tip: Book weeks in advance; we snagged our table early, and even on a weeknight, there wasn’t an empty seat in the house. The Food (A Group-Style Affair): Just something to keep in mind, there aren’t really "appetizers" here. The menu is curated for groups to share everything. Since there were only two of us wanting different things, it was a bit of a struggle to navigate the "share everything" format. What we ordered: • Chicken Parm (9/10): Absolute superstar. The portion is massive and it was cooked perfectly. A must-order! • Meatballs (7/10): Solid, flavorful, and a great addition to the table. • Tomato Pie (4/10): I know this is the "viral" dish, but I honestly didn’t get the hype. It fell a bit flat for me compared to the other plates. Know Before You Go: • Portion Sizes: They are huge. Don’t over-order! • Sides: Be aware that veggies/sides (like broccoli) don’t come with the mains; you have to order them separately (one again, portions are huge!). • Best for Groups: I’d recommend coming here with a party of 4+ rather than a date or a night for two people, just so you can sample more of the menu and match the high-energy volume of the room. Summary: Go for the incredible service and the Chicken Parm, but maybe skip the tomato pie if you aren't a die-hard fan of that style!
Cute place with a limited menu focused on pasta and pizza. Unfortunately, the non-alcoholic drink selection was very limited. When I asked for a mocktail, I was offered lemonade or water and reminded that it’s a wine bar, which felt a bit dismissive.
Everything about this place is perfection! The FOOD, the atmosphere, the MUSIC, the service, THE FOOD! I am literally unable to wait until the next time we go again. Hurry up and book your reservation!
Honestly gnocchi us to die for. That mushroom ricotta sauce damn stunning. I haven't had a meal that satisfying in a minute, price and taste wise. Lovely spot to eat and yap or to be on a date
Amazing food, ambiance and service! Highly recommend
I absolutely LOVE this place and go all the time. Everything on the menu is delicious, you can order and eat with your eyes closed. The vibe, ambiance, music, food, and service are all on point. They really have it all figured out and 100% deserve the hype.
Great server, didn’t feel rushed, nice wine by the glass
Lowkey amazing date spot
