Extremely rude service from the girl working today taking the delivery pickup orders on the phone and also was treated the same when I arrived in person by her. Bad taste won’t be returning. I just want to be clear it was not the hostess. The salads should not be placed next to the hot food in the takeout containers as well… made the salad inedible and soggy. Also the tzatziki tasted watered down from how it used to be. For close to 70$ for two plates and extra stick I’ll take my money elsewhere. It’s a shame used to really enjoy it there and was looking forward to it.

I'm addicted to their rice. It's comfort food. Just had it with a chicken stick and house salad. The chicken is tender, juicy and succulent. Sometimes it's nice to eat out and feel you're eating healthy.

Get ready for an over generous delicious meal! We went for a casual dinner as we both love lamb chops which are not available in many places. We ordered a tzatziki appetizer which, with Greek garlic pita bread, was a prelude to an excellent meal. We followed Angelo’s advice on medium for the lamb chops as they are heavily marinated. The plates came with a very large salad (choice of Greek or garden), crisp flat Greek fries, rice and 4 large delicious lamb chops. With a glass of ouzo at only 6$ this was a sumptuous meal that we could not finish. Our waiter Angelo made our dinner memorable with his advice, excellent service and carefully packing the dinner we could not finish. We will definitely be back.

Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were a large group and had reserved in advance. We arrived about 15 minutes early. The team still accommodated us right away and made the transition smooth for everyone. Niko took care of our table and delivered hospitality at the highest level. He was attentive at all times. He moved quickly. He checked on every detail. He stayed available the entire evening even while the restaurant was completely full. Managing a large table is not easy. Drinks, orders, timing, requests. Niko handled everything with precision and calm. Nothing was missed. Service stayed fast and organized the entire night. You could see that he genuinely cares about the guest experience. That level of service makes a big difference when dining with a large group. If you visit, ask for Niko. He sets the standard for service. Highly recommended. 5/5.

I’ve been going here for 20+ years. It’s sad to say that quality went down tremendously. I used to love the marathon salad with a sweet light dressing. Now it’s seems like a heavy mayo dressing which is not appetizing. My souvlaki pita was okay, the bread was very stale. This happened from my last few visits. I don’t think I will be coming back unless the recipe is back to what it used to be. Good luck!

This place has been open for as long as I can remember and the quality has always been up to par. Every plate is delicious and the portions are huge...I usually always end up with leftovers so you definitely get your money's worth. Their takeaway is also as good as if you are eating there. We always opt for it when we dont fel like cooking.

We ordered in advance and were told it would be 45 to 60 mins. When we got there our order was ready and we didn't have to wait. We just paid and left. Pretty good service!

Rice is mid city, get the potatoes instead. Cheesecake is whatever, wouldn’t order it again, just fine. Chicken souvlaki is good, not dry and good grill flavour. Good portion of Greek salad. Good service from the staff 👍

We celebrated my brother’s birthday at Marathon Restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was good, we ordered the calamari, chicken brochette, and souvlaki, all of which were fresh and full of flavour. What really stood out, though, was the service. Peter, our server, was exceptional: attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. Overall, a great place for a special occasion or a relaxed night out. We’ll definitely be back.

We eat there all the time! Delicious food and quick service and affordable too! We always get the chicken brochette plate and add a souvlaki. The calamari is delicious. I have no pictures because I start eating the moment the food gets infront of me. Shout out to Thomas, he was an excellent server and so good at his job. Thomas noticed when I was picking at my tooth and got me a tooth pick to remove the food stuck!!!!!! Thank YOU!
