Most incredibly tasty food I’ve ever had. And the waiters are so nice and responsive. It’s always a wonderful time to go there and enjoy the atmosphere and the food. I usually go with a group of 2-4 people and we enjoy shared platter and fattoush salad which is insanely good and of course the Kunaffa which for me is the most delicious kunaffa in the world 🥲
Food was absolutely amazing. Fresh, tasty!
It is very rare that a restaurant has this kind of effect on me. For context — I’m from Toronto, I split my time between Toronto and Montreal, and I’m Lebanese/Armenian. My family has been cooking everything from scratch for generations. Because of that, I’m extremely hard to impress when it comes to Lebanese or Armenian food. I almost never prefer restaurant versions over home cooking. This place? Absolutely phenomenal. First, the environment. Clean, minimalist, not pretentious, but thoughtfully designed. It’s not “high-end” in a flashy way — it’s just done right. The service was exceptional. The two servers were attentive without being overbearing. They picked up on details. That level of care genuinely surprised me. Now the food. The fattoush was one of the best I’ve ever had outside of home. Crisp lettuce, super fresh vegetables, perfectly fried pita, and beautiful contrast with pomegranate. I was honestly shocked at how much I loved it. We ordered kibbeh nayeh (raw kibbeh), which I usually never order outside because we make it fresh at home. It wasn’t my mother’s — but it was really, really good. That says a lot. The hummus with kawarma (stewed meat on top) was phenomenal. Paired with the fattoush, it was unreal. I don’t think I’ve ever fallen in love with hummus and meat like that before. Batata harra — fried spiced potatoes with toum — amazing. My only note is I wish it had a little more heat, but the flavour was excellent. The manti (beef dumplings with garlic yogurt, dried mint, sumac, and pepper) were some of the best I’ve had — and I’ve had them at very traditional spots. Exceptional. My only wish is for the pita bread to be served warm. And dessert. Kanafeh pain perdu. Perfect portion. Crispy, sweet, balanced. The cheese was absolute perfection. 10 out of 10. Truly. I haven’t asked to speak to an owner to compliment them in over 10 years. I did here. The owner looked young — and he should be incredibly proud. With rising costs and declining quality in so many restaurants lately, this place delivered on everything: service, cleanliness, creativity, flavour, execution. This was an exceptional meal. Truly a 11/10 experience. The photos and videos honestly don’t do it justice. I’ll be back — and next time, I’m bringing more people.
They don’t respect reservations and probably just give your table to someone else.
Good quality, service a little disappointing.
Delicious food very flavorful and authentic. The manti are a must obviously 😜 One of my personal faves was the beetroot muttabal (eggplant dip). Would definitely go back there!
217$ for 3 people!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE Bad experience, very expensive for that type of restaurant, The price is very high comparing to the atmosphere If i knew that before,i will absolutely change the place to another fancy arabic food restaurant !!! Also was no heating and the ground was dirty, full of mud and slush
Food was outstanding... Beautifully presented; taste was superb and extremely flavorful. We had at least 8 different dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed each one. It reminds me of Damas, but at far lower prices...but very very similar in terms of flavor and presentation. We were 2 and my wife is generally very critical of restaurant food, but we both loved it and will make this a part of our regular dining experiences. Service was fast, courteous and pleasant, making the whole experience something to remember. Next time we'll be sure to take a bunch of friends so we can sample more of those delicious offerings. We wanted to try more dishes but we were only 2 and you really need to either go as a group or be a total glutton 😁.
Delicious armenian food with great service. The resto is also gorgeous!
Always tasty and good
What can I say, everything there is so delicious, simply the best middle eastern food with fresh ingredients! Plus, the staff is very kind and professional. The whole experience is amazing, whether it’s for brunch, dinner or to go 😊
One of the best meals I've had in a long time came for a Saturday lunch not knowing what to expect, and I left a big fan. Everything served was top notch. Truly impressed.
Food was good not really deserts choices and they never proposed a coffee at the end for 8 persons it was more than 600 $
The food is delicious but that price. OMG that price. $$$$$ its too much
We went there with friends. PROS The food is very tasty. CONS 1. The service was mediocre. The waitress messed up the orders multiple times, even after confirming she understood the order. This was disappointing as I didnt get the main dish and finally cancelled it. 2. The food portions are too small for the price you pay
Cozy and classy restaurant, kind staff, and the food is unreal. The manti was good a few years ago, and as an Armenian I can still comfortably say it’s now amazing. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience at this Armenian restaurant! I tried the manti, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly baked, full of flavor, and served with a rich sauce that complemented it so well. You can really taste the authenticity and care put into the food. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re looking to try real Armenian cuisine, this place is a must. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!
Great food and great service thank you
Every Saturday I have a standing lunch appointment. Each week we go to a different restaurant. We visited Manti on the last Saturday of 2025 and regretted not having come here sooner. Over the years I've visited a number of Syrian restaurants. I've enjoyed Damas when they were on park Avenue, and Alep while managed by the previous generation. Regrettably, both institutions no longer shine as bright as they used to. Just when I thought that was the end of decent Syrian food in Montreal, I discovered Manti. Everything we ordered from the starters to the fattoush, to the grilled kabobs we had for lunch was spot on. I cannot flaw anything part of the experience of dining at Manti. Manti was the best saturday lunch of 2025, and will definitely stay on my roster of regular places to dine.
Great food and service
Best kept secret.
Delicious food
We had our daughter’s baptism reception at Manti and it was nothing short of incredible. The food was some of the best we have ever had. All of our guests were so impressed with how amazing every single dish tasted. Words cannot describe how happy we were with our experience! Can’t wait to come back!
Food was delicious and presented very well. Service was impeccable.
