Very disappointed with my experience. The raspado I received looked nothing like the picture advertised. The menu photo showed a variety of fruits, but my order had only 2 mango, 2watermelon, 2pineapple pieces, no kiwi, and overall much fewer toppings than expected. What was most frustrating is that nobody informed us that kiwi was unavailable before preparing the order. Only after receiving my order and asking about it was I told they had run out of kiwi and substituted strawberries instead. If ingredients are unavailable, customers should be informed beforehand, especially when the product being served is significantly different from what is advertised. Unfortunately, this was misleading and not worth the price I paid.
